Listen. This is a Goodwill. This is a charitable organization. Theyre not going to spend money on making your store "look appealing," or things are "easier to find." The shirts are with the shirts, the pants are with the pants, they even go as far as to group housewares by color, thats enough as far as Im concerned. They are not going to waste precious labor dollars having the staff stay late and wipe off stuff that you can just clean off yourself once you get home. This is not some boutique yall. This is a store for low income people to find affordable choices for their families. If you want the boutique experience, try Buffalo Exchange. Consider that everything there has a story, and behind anything you can buy at a Goodwill there is good intention! If you spend time here, there are so many awesome treasures. Ive happened upon some beautiful little vintage pieces here, in decent condition. Ive found some high quality, brand name clothing that was in really good condition. Got my favorite jacket here. The staff is awesome and very helpful. I have been to dozens of thrift stores, this one is up there.

this goodwill feels a little more chaotic than the salvation up the street on harbor, but its a thriftstore what do you expect. prices run 1 or 2 dollars more then they would overall unless youre there on the right day to match the deal to the color tag. though shoes seem to be much higher than expected. they do get a lot of clearanced stock from target and a few other larger retailers (so its likely to find clothing in different sizes) but the price from final clearance and goodwills is maybe a dollar difference especially on household items. larger furniture selection was silm shop like you expect to in anythrift store. keep an eye out for deals and be prepared to sift through the store to find something for you.

This is the worst Goodwill in the World. The merchandise is way over priced, the store is a disaster, items are broken, very dirty and the customer service is horrible. If you enjoy Thrift Shopping, dont waste your time with this place. It will only lead to frustration and a border line mental breakdown. I could go on forever but I cant find the words to describe my disgust with this place. The Corporate Office should fire them all and Stop The Madness.......

Seriously, I generally love Goodwill and have gotten so many great bargains here...but this location, well, it sucks. It really needs a facelift. They need to gut the place and put up some fresh paint, seriously the floors are filthy, it smells horrible, there is no layout to make things look appealing to shoppers, its just a mob in there. Hate to think if there was a fire. Try the one up Bristol in Santa Ana, its much better.

The place stinks, in the true sense of the word, like the nastiest locker room you have ever smelled. Prices are pathetic: Used household goods that makes you want to wash your hands after handling them cost the same or more than the same items cost new at Ross. The only positive thing is that the employees were very friendly, but that does not save the place: Its a dump.

This Goodwill has a great location, easy drive up donation center in the back and a loop drive parking lot off the busy road on 19th street. It was a little messy inside but there are great merchandising displays for ideas on outfits for many discounted clothing and accessories. There are a few good finds if you are willing to go through the racks!

Way better than Salvation Army. Just dont bring your kids. They wont let your kids sit in the cart or walk around without shoes on. Not that they should but its hard enough shopping with kids and what if your toddler wont keep their shoes on? Its lose/lose. So leave them at home...its totally worth it.

I absolutely love this place. I could spend hours perusing through all of the cheap, hidden treasures that others have seen fit to donate. I have been to the Huntington Beach and Westminster Goodwill stores, and I like the Costa Mesa location the best. "One mans trash is another mans treasure..."

Every once in a while youll find a gem buried beneath all the random junk. If youre okay with wearing second-hand shoes, you may get lucky and find those cute, beige, designer heels youve always wanted, and theyre still in perfect condition. At least I did. May the odds be ever in your favor!

I saw this SHOE. And I asked the associates if they have seen the other pair. One kindly informed me that they had pulled shoes out of the store floor. And another one gladly helped me look for the other shoe. I HAD TO HAVE THIS SHOE. But we could not find it.

I mean what can you say for a thrift store. Every time I go it to browse I find good items at a reasonable price. This goodwill parking stinks they need more of it. Also the bathrooms are horrible. Also they need more than one cashier at all times.

Worst customer service. They dont care about their customers. Place over prices their items, always very messy and unorganized. People that shop here are rude as well. Just worst goodwill I been too. Parking is awful never spots open.

I like the store and the workers are very well trained... excellent customer service... but the prices are very high for a thrift store... especially when the iteams are second hand ... maybe they should do something about that .

Decent selection of clothes, but a trashy, disorganized mess of housewares. I wont shop at this location again because of the employees. Several of the women employees are unprofessional and verbally combative.

Who ever is doing the pricing here needs to get fired for losing his/her mind. Skylander toy that is haft destroy for 19.99 while Amazon have if for 13$ in perfect condition...LMAO...Last time Im coming here!

Many things are way overpriced. If they cut the price of everything by 60% theyd move products quicker and the store wouldnt look like a junky/hoarders garage. Clothes are your best bet.

I always find great clothes at this store, name brands some of them brand new. Clothes are packed together to tight so you really have to work to find the good stuff

Good service and good staff. They have hired security to keep the riff-raff out of the store which has helped the shopping experience. No more bums stealing shoes
