Was in yesterday night it wasnt busy just 2 other people; I was next in line. The lady came over asked what she could help me with I said I needed to print invitations and send the file to her. She gave me an email to send it to and walked away. The email I needed to send took all of 2 seconds to send...while she took what felt like a lifetime to get back to me she helped another customer who came in after me she helped start a new project with a new staff member while Im standing there looking at her.when she finally get back to me she never returns to the counter she talks at me from across the room say about 10feet. How many do you want? I felt like I was the problem when I asked what kind of paper or if it could be printed a certain way...which she responded again from across the room we only have one paper and this is the only way! No customer should ever leave feeling like they were the problem for wanting genuine customer service and someone to smile at them. Even if its just getting something printed for them. I am so disappointed with my service at this fed ex although it is so close to my home I am not sure I will go back. On the other hand there was a young gentleman that was assisting others he was so friendly and helpful. he asked if I had any other questions on my way out i was curious if he had envelopes for my invites he walked around the counter to show me where they might be...he even interacted with my baby this is the way customers should be treated like they are important.

STELLAR SERVICE! I was in a PINCH! I had a large, complex job that I needed done immediately for an upcoming work presentation . It required a graphic chart to be enlarged and placed on foam board, as well as other graphics to be created. The FedEx Kinkos representative who helped me was fantastic! His first name was Markus, Im not sure of his last name but he had a fashionable handlebar mustache. He was courteous, even though I was curt with him due to stress. Markus calmed my nerves and reassured me that he could complete the job within the timeframe that I needed. He kept his word across the board. My project was completed on time and at a reasonable price. Marcus went out of his way to complete the job and make sure I had what I needed. My presentation was a complete success! Thank you so much Markus for delivering professional assistance that was courteous and right on point. You exemplify great, professional service!

Ive used the copying services and their shipping services. No big deal about using a Zerox machine though I thought the price was higher than it should be. I had a visiting cousin between tours overnight a package there. He paid a lot to have a package shipped across country. That package never left town for 24 hours. It should have arrived on a Friday. It arrived on the following Monday. My cousin went back to Afghanistan and left me the receipt. I took it in for a refund. I was told I would have to call the 800 customer service number. When I did I was told it was more than 2 weeks since the shipping and I was not eligible for a refund. Employees there always try to sell more expensive and unneeded services. When I shipped something with a 3 day delivery they said it would be 3 business days and weekends dont count. They were wrong. I will not use FedEx ever again.

Place is big as described by other users, but the customer service needs improvement for sure. To pick up a package its a hassle. Try going inside to get my package that Im clearly seeing from the front and was almost sent home without it. They werent scanning everything as it comes in from the trucks. We expect our stuff, and want it to be quick, thats why we paid for it, not to be waiting and waiting. If its paid for three days it better be three not 6. Rachel is great tho, other than that nope.

I have been in there a few times, big, clean and a nice place overall, 2 out of the 3 times I have been there I have encountered rude employees and bad customer service. 1 time was ok, maybe its just hit or miss ? Not trashing the place just saying..

Friendly, Clean, just the print and go system is a scam, it didnt recognize a regular PDF file. At the end I had to rent a pc and print it from there. The same file printed no problem, but I paid 80 % more compare to print and go price. Fix that!
