I am currently in this store and have NEVER seen such horrible customer service. The shift manager told a customer that if she wanted a refund after waiting 15 minutes for her coffee, she would need to go back through the line long and get a refund from the cashier. I understand the store is very busy, but if you cannot deal with customers in a professional manner, you should not be in customer service especially a managment position.

I have never had a problem with the coffee at this Starbucks. But the last time I was there, the bathroom was so dirty, I was stunned. There was no toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap and the trash bin was overflowing. I was so disgusted, I have not been back, that was a year ago. I drive by all the time but cant bring myself to stop with the memory of trash still fresh.

It would be five stars if the staff were just a bit quicker. Multiple times I have watched them have full on conversations with each other while holding my drink in their hand. Last time I timed it and they talked for just over 2 minutes while I waited in the drive thru watching. Staff is pleasant though, and my drink has never been made incorrectly so I appreciate that.

This place is pummeled with skiers in the winter. The parking is inadequate to handle the traffic. There are only two bathrooms and they are inadequate to handle the volume of people that come through seasonally. They do have a pretty huge space inside. Its the only Starbucks for miles, so you are kind of stuck.

This is a pretty nice Starbucks. The space is much bigger than a normal Starbucks, which was refreshing. This is the kind of place you want to find when you are on a long road trip and want to sit and take a break. This location is also conveniently just off the I-80 freeway and next to a 76 gas station.

Good Starbucks, with the usual staff and fare. The location makes this one great. It is right off the freeway, a great stop before heading up to Truckee or down to Sacramento. Very popular with the ski crowd and with the morning business bunch. The dining area is clean and comfortable.

Open when I arrived at 6am on Sunday. A guy asked them to reheat his coffee in the microwave, they gave him a new coffee. I am sure this place gets busy as its along I80 between Reno and Sac so ymmv but I thought they were friendly and its a good Starbucks

Super busy as it is one of the only Starbucks right off the freeway for the massive amount of traffic coming back / going to Tahoe. Restrooms were very busy and the wait was pretty long for our drinks. Yo be expected considering the circumstances.

This is by far the largest and most comfortable Starbucks Ive been to. They have leather booths and tons of tables. They also have an outside patio. Also they serve wine and beer after 12pm! $4-12 a glass. Ps- theres plenty of Pokemon here too.

Dropped by here passing thru on vacation... First time here and a nice experience. The dining area is huge and the staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean and we arrived right before closing. Drinks were served quickly and tasted great.

So slow to get just a latte.. 15 min now.... Lots of drinks and only one front Barrett .... Never wait this long. They should offer a coupon for lateness... I go everyday to Starbucks, never have to wait this looooong.

If the older guy with glasses, that think is Rico suave is at the counter and wants to chat with you or try to pick up on the lady in front of you, expect a 15minute delay. Besides that coffee is great.

Must be the busiest Starbucks I have ever been to. One recommendation: Use the Starbucks app to order your drink ahead of time or you will grow old waiting inside to order and then get your drink.

Convenient and in a great location - can get crowded as a result but was well staffed so service was quite good. Large enough to offer good seating despite the traffic and quite well maintained.

A huge starbucks thats a great place to stop when driving to Tahoe. It has tons of seating, fast service, a drive through window thats open late, and clean bathrooms.
