Unfortunately, Google wont let me give no stars, so they get one by default - which is about 2 more than they should get. Starbucks seems to be getting more and more snobbish - and with the addition of a lackadaisical and half-hearted millennial at the counter, this visit was horrendous. Ive been looking for sugar-free drinks, and when I asked her to explain one of the mix options, she started, but then said "well, you wouldnt understand". I have a few dollars left on a card someone gave me, which hopefully I can use just to get ground coffee - but at least I know what gift to tell people NOT to ever get me again. Dutch Bros is the new place to go anyway, or Dunkin Donuts. Friends dont let friends drink Suckbucks...

I spent 15 minutes in line with only 3 people in front of me. The food was delivered to me at the register bc the girl was on her game. Yet I had to wait for another 15 minutes for both of my teas. I still had to wait and deal the attitude of the girl working the bar so I could have them filled up she left a good 2 inches in 1 cup and the other came out short again 5 minutes later. They are not working well and and just gave me heas adache 1st thing this morning. As someone who onws stock in this company I will make be making a point to visit a different location.

Every time I go to this Starbucks, which is 2 or 3 times per week, Im very disappointed. Its the only location near work, but I will be going to other coffee shops. They never get my drink right, they usually ring it up wrong, there are a TON of flies buzzing around, and its hot inside the store. There are never very many employees in spite of the longer lines. This is a sad Starbucks, and I love Starbucks.

I love Starbucks! The Doppio con Panna always hits the spot. New Cascara Katte is goid although Starbucks should start thinking about bringing new flavirs infused in the coffee rather than a " 3 pumps of syrup" format. This particular location is rather large and has a nice area where you can hold a meeting! Bring your team to Starbucks for the next group meeting!

If I could give this zero stars I would. Ive actually never rated anything before... but this place really got me going. Customer service was nonexistent. Beware this location... totally worth the drive to another location! Cashiers were so awful.

It used to be a lot better. The staff are not as friendly as they used to be, drinks are not as tasty as they used to be. Loosing quality. Update: looks like its getting even worse now. Drinks are a mess. Will not be returning.

Small and not many places to spread out with a laptop but much more comfortable than what many starbucks have done with the interior. Im happy there are tables to sit and work at while I sip my brown sugar water.

VERY busy location in the morning. They took our order quiclky but it was more than 20 minutes later that we got our one drink. They clearly have to deal with a significant number of mobile orders.

This is the worst Starbucks - they have lousy service, have twice experienced my daughter order on line and never gotten her drink, including today. And they Dont Care. Go to another Starbucks
