My daughter and I went to Chico from Redding and she got fitted for the dress she picked out. They said it would be delivered in two weeks which it was she received it on 4/20 and my husband and I had left town for our anniversary that evening. So the dress was way too small and also damaged the belt around the waist wasnt even attached my daughter called me when we were out of town and let me know. I didnt think it would be a big deal to call when I got back. I just called them and they informed me that I had to get it back before the event which is 4/30 this weekend to get store credit which is impossible since they are open until 7:00 pm and I get off work at 5:00 and I have to drive from Redding to Chico. So because of something that wasnt our doing I am out the money of the dress. This is ridiculous and I definitely will be letting eveyone I know not to buy a prom dress from here. I only gave this a one star rating because it wouldnt let me post without checking at least one.

I went prom dress shopping there expecting high prices and a limited variety of sizes and my expirence was different I didnt know what I wanted but the service was amazing even for a busy evening theyre very helpful and make you feel comfortable. I love my dress and I got a very good deal on it. Highly recommend
