Went in to exchange one of the Sephora lip stick I brought cause it was broken. I finished up in Sephora and started shopping inside of jcpenny when one of the workers from Sephora was running behind me asking if I had one of the testers. I was on the other side of jcpenny no where close to Sephora which means she been flowing me around. No I did not have a tester I had exchange one. I dont like to be accused of stealing when the lady who stopped me wasnt even in Sephora to see me buy the lip stick! Is this how u treat your customers??!! I wont be shopping at that Sephora again!!!!! Im gonna tell everyone i know not to shop there either cause you might get accuses of stealing!!!!!

So, I come here all the time and I recognize most of the employees, and I was even in the process of applying here. I work in retail, and its really obvious when people think youre stealing, because everyone tries to customer service you. I was holding a Vice lipstick which are pretty small and an employee felt they had to point out the lipstick in my hand and give me a basket, so I knew that they knew I had it. I put it back and bought one pair of eyelashes and the cashier was very sassy with me because everyone was saying I was stealing. Ive been there a lot... which is why I was really offended.

I was told I can help you now and the cash register was broken then there were ladies complaining when they had to take me to another cash register because they felt like I was cutting in the line. They only had one pair of pants in long Im very tall and need long pants only one pair in my size had to come home and order from Amazon

When you walk in, its always clean & every brand is easy to find. The products are for the most part orderly. Almost a the employees are really friendly & ask how your day is going, & that helps if youre shy & need a segwey into asking for help.
