Lots of problem with these sprint store. I switched from AT&T to sprint to save money on Cut My Bill In Half. Instead of sign me up for CMBIH. They signed me up with unlimited everything. They did not even tell my how to turn in old phones from AT&T. Now I moved to another state. There is no Radio shack around to change the phone. Got stuck. Other sprint store refused to do it because i signed up with the Shack. Tried to call them in 2 days. No body answered. Do your research first before you go for temptation of saving money.
