It was ok, until today during lunch time. It seems they either hired a new male employee with zero customer service skills, or they switched him from another shift. Id never seen him and Ive been going there for more than a year. The guy was rude and cynical to other customers and me. People would ask questions and he basically had "no" answers, with a very cynical smile on his face. There was a long line and he was RUSHING people. The ladies who normally operate the registers are ok, not fast but at least decently polite. This guy doesnt belong there.
