So Ive been a loyal customer and fan of Henrys for about a year now when I discovered it by my old apartment in Yorba Linda. The reason why I am writing this review is because I had an incident with them the other day involving customer service and I thought it was wise to warn their patrons that they will NOT be receiving any type of service whatsoever from this company. I had went in on Saturday and they were out of my favorite Peanut Butter & Co peanut butter that also happened to be on sale and so I asked an employee (Pete) if he would kindly check in back for me. He did and found that they would not be receiving another shipment until the next day, so he said to call back while he was working (early, from 6am-noon) on Sunday and he would set aside one for me, or write me a raincheck if they were unable to receive a shipment that day. Lo and behold, I called around 10 AM, and the lady who answered the phone said that Pete would not be in until noon that day, so I thought nothing of it and called back around 1 PM to check back. Some guy answered (I wish I had gotten the jerks name) and said that Pete would not be working at ALL that day and asked me if he could help me with something. So I explained to him that I wanted to know if they had gotten the peanut butter shipment in yet. He said I dont know, let me transfer you to grocery and placed me on hold before I even had the opportunity to reply. So, I waited on hold for about 10-15 minutes, until I just gave up. My boyfriend was pretty upset that they had left me on hold all that time, so he called back to complain. The person who answered claimed that he didnt know the person we were referring to that had placed me on hold, and didnt even think to say sorry for the inconvenience. My boyfriend said that wed be shopping at Sprouts from now on and the guy just said OK and hung up on us. I would NEVER shop at that place EVER again after the blatantly disrespect we received, and I recommend you save yourself the trouble and do the same. There are many natural grocery stores around LA that have EXCELLENT customer service and better prices (Trader Joes, for one). Plus, I agree with the fellow yelper (Etoiles D.) who said that their chicken meat is plumped with water and salt.. they are always funky in consistency and taste. The meat breaks apart super easily and that usually means they have been cured in a LOT of salt. Anyway, best of luck if you still decide to go because Henrys markets are despicable & simply use greenwashing (the new organic fad) to attract all their patrons.

Organic on a budget made easy. ^^^ I found shopping here to be quick and convenient (spacious produce aisles help). ¶ I use the Sprouts app to check sales (8 days, Wed to Wed) and stock up on beets, broccoli, carrots, celery, etc., which come out to about $0.70/pound! Lettuce is always great and the lowest price around at $1.69/~2 lbs. I dont recommend any potatoes here (try Trader Joes). ^^^ Best of all, they carry Organic Pastures Raw Dairy! Milk, cream, & butter are restocked Wednesday. They dont have raw cheese any more, but you can get that at Trader Joes, too. ^^^ And they have Aldens Organic Ice Cream! Great selection of free range eggs. Nothing in the Meat Dept I would recommend. ^^^ Decent selection of flours at good prices. I do not recommend any Sprouts brand products: ACV was sour & just bad, olive oil was rancid (get the California OO at Trader Joes). $£¥ Not my go-to store for everything, but essential to making healthy eating more affordable! $£¥ Easily half the price of Ralphs Organic Produce. <<<

Since it opened here in Burbank I have been shopping there once each week. They have the quality of WHOLE FOODS (whole paycheck) yet the prices of TRADER JOES. I love shopping at Henrys as I know I will get the most for my pennies. The staff are always friendly and helpful, infact they commonly go out of their way to help me with what ever I might need at that time/visit. I have yet to get "attittude" from any of the members there which is refreshing in this day and age of no-manners and the "I cannot be bothered to do my job so go away". I have not tried the new Burbank market that just opened up, as I have no reason to - I am loyal to Henrys Market. If Whole Foods did not take my whole paycheck then I would not have left, but Henrys truly does offer the same caliber of produce and goods yet for less that helps me with my limited income.

I like the selection of produce, as well as the other things I cant get any other place (especially since I wont shop at Whole Foods), like matcha green tea, Guittards extra dark chocolate, Bobs rice flour, etc. Its Burbank, so the clientele is...a bit nicer...than some of the other areas of town. The checkers are nice enough, and usually know the produce. You do kind of have to watch, though... I once experienced an overcharge on my bok choy because the teenager thought it was fennel. The managers could train the checkout folks better. They sort of drop your food down like its rocks, sometimes, and Ive had bruised fruit before I even leave the store. That being said, its still appealing to me to go there. The prices are about average and I like the selection. All in all, its a pretty good store.

I do find that I spend more money at Henrys. I have only shopped at the one in Burbank, but they are always helpful and when I ask where something is, they dont just say "over there," they actually take the time to walk over to where the product is at and help me find it without me even asking them to help me find it. More companies should take the time to do this for their customers. Henrys produce is out of this world and they also sell Bison (buffalo) meat which I have researched and found to be even healthier for you than chicken.

Love this store. Employees are professional and helpful. In the past I was never much of a fruit or vegetable person. I have since realized that I knew very little about them but I am learning freshness and quality makes all the difference. Melons of all types have been difficult for me to know when they are ready to eat or might need a day or two. There is a young man in the produce department named Jesse that is always ready to help me. I am so grateful for his help because he truly knows his job.

Love Sprouts but the service here just really sucks. Every department from the cashier to the meat/ deli is just horrible. Employees stock items during the busiest times and insist on having right if way as they block the aisles and shelves. No one ever says hi here. Thank goodness we can bag our own items now because of the bag law. Otherwise, they never get it right when it comes to separating hot/ cold, food/ bath body items, meat/ produce ect...

Sigh. Im so thankful to live so close to Sprouts. I just adore this store. I always watch the essential oils for sales, LOVE their health aisle! They are SO knowledgeable and helpful!!!! I prefer to visit them BEFORE going to a Doctor, because the practice of medicine in CA is a joke. They are always good to give me tips on natural remedies, when I know a dr. would just write an rx for big pharma.... THANK YOU SPROUTS HEALTH AISLE!!
