Have been coming to this Nordstrom for years and can always count on this store to carry sufficient new and sale items. Every Nordstrom staff (from customer service to sales) is courteous and helpful. The very generous exchange & return policy at Nordstrom also makes each purchase stress-free. Perfect for holiday shopping! This 3-story store is neat and organized... with regular live piano performance. I just love the consistently pleasant shopping experience there! :)

Well organized, clean, well stocked and with friendly non-pushy staff. The Brea mall isnt somewhere I go often, but it has a good Nordstroms. I particularly like the shoe department there, one of the most helpful department store ladies shoe departments Ive tried on/bought shoes in.

Mens shoe department manager helped me exchange a pair of boots for right size. He found it, last one, and had it shipped out to an address overnight for free! Absolutely flawless customer service. Thanks for the help!

This store does not have Adidas appearance for boys.The manager should take this into consideration.There has to be no sexism,there has to be something for everybody.
