this big pharmacy got very very bad attitude to customer. few days ago my mom visit cvs and want to transfer her prescription. a crew ask my mom that we dont have that medicine and want to to go another cvs... so my mom ask her that i just wait when medicine is ready. and crew take the note all information about my moms prescription ans she said maybe thursday or friday. my mom went to cvs yesterday... cvs said they never got any information about my mom. medicine is very important to each person. that time feel like crew didnt want to my mom or customer come cvs. because she have to do something if customer comes... thats what my mom feel when my mom was trying to transfer her prescription.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at any CVS and Ive been going to CVS for years for my prescriptions! They were screwing me around. They put me on hold 3 separate times for over 15 minutes, just to look up my patient profile on the computer, which they couldnt do. So I called the other CVS in La Habra and they found my profile right away. The girl that answered the phone had the worst attitude and was rude to me when I asked her to check the computer again. I had to call back the CVS in La Habra and ask them to call the CVS in Brea to get them to do their job. Ill never go back. I wish I could give zero stars for this review.

Been coming to this pharmacy for years now and the wonderful people who work there have helped me time and time again with little (and big) problems with my insurance, like finding solutions when insurance wouldnt pay for something, finding a way to help me through a few days of meds after I lost a bottle, and actually following up with my phychiatrist when there was a mistake. Keep doing an awesome job

This isnt a real CVS, Target just rebranded its pharmacy counter to CVS. if youre looking to get anything youd go to a normal CVS for besides filling a prescription, they wont have it. Wasted my time because I came for a passport photo and of course they couldnt do it cause theyre just a pharmacy counter.

I am so dissapointed that Target changed to CVS pharmacy, my prescriptions I have been getting for years at Target doubled since CVS took over. The pharmacist tech told me that its happening to everyone who are not used to the price increase. Now Ill have to find another pharmacy:(
