Worst service ever. Not even any of the the downtown long beach 7/11 clerks act like this guy and theyre in a worse neighborhood than brea. the night shift clerk is the worst 7/11 employee Ive ever come across not only did he look at me like I was about to steal something but also asked my boyfriend ( that is white: light skin, eyes and hair ) and I out of 3 other customers in there what my boyfriend was hidding in his pocket, when all it was was just a nestle water bottle from home. Also the two nights ago we went there to get a promotional free drink when installing app and he tried to refuse the promotion and overcharged us for our purchase. Today was the last time I ever go back there to give this 7/11 a chance for anything. Not even on free slurpee day.

Just called and spoke to "Carlos" asking if I could pay for a charger over the phone and have my daughter pick it up. He hung up on me. I thought surely it was a mistake. So I called back. He yelled and said he was the only one working and didnt have time to talk and hung up before I could utter a sound. I was appalled. II wanted to inform him I would be reaching out to his manager and to report his behaviour. When I said, "excuse me carlos," he hung up again. I really havent been treated so poorly by another person getting paid to be courteous to others. It was disgusting. He should be fired.

Great little store off of Tamarack and across from the shell station. Clean store and has a great variety of snacks, beverages and coffee. Parking was ample and clerk was friendly. Thanks for the great service.
