The employees at this location have a history of being rude and discourteous, and appear to have contempt for the customers that they purportedly serve. This is at the 7-eleven location at at 455 E. Foothill in Azusa I purchased a one-half gallon container of Alta Dena brand non-fat milk on January 1, 2009. After arriving home, I opened the container and sampled the product. It was spoiled. I then noticed that the expiration date was December 31, 2008. The "expiration" or sell-by" date is advisory and not mandatory in California for most products, including "potentially hazardous foods" like dairy products, and provides but an estimate by the manufacturer as to the freshness of the product. Usually, the date imprinted on the container is consistent with the estimate by the manufacturer, but assumes that the product has been stored correctly (less than 45 degrees Fahrenheit is required.) Since this milk was already spolied, I can only conclude that this store does not store its dairy products and perishables according to industry standards. Upon entering the store after attempting to return the product, I was met with the interjection, "NO!" by the clerk. The clerk went on to indicate that the milk was not spoiled, and that I purchased the product at some distant time in the past. The indication, of course, was that I wa strying to pull a "fast one" on the 7-eleven corporation, its agents, assignees, franchisees, and other interested parties buy attempting to return a $2.99 product without merit. The clerk also indicated that the milk in the dairy case was dated correctly, and went to the dairy case and displayed a container of milk that was to expire that day. I was not allowed by the staff at this store to return the spoiled product that I purchased at this location. The staff of this store appears to have a great deal of contempt for the customers that they purportedly serve.

Zero stars! Stopped in today. I wanted a coke slurpee, machine broken the clerk told me. So i decided to buy a fountain Pepsi instead. Then went get a mocha chiller, again sorry machine broken, only vanilla, so I took vanilla. Then walked past the donut case and saw a brownie bar that look somewhat good, the different bars above and below the bar I wanted were marked 99 cents so I decided that was a fair price for it and took one. Then he charged me 1.69 at the counter, I had to point it out to him in the case and he insisted he was right. There was no price on it but everything above below and becide it were 99 cent. I just walked out. Dont ever shop at this location and if you must be prepared not to get what u want due to poor maintenance and also to be overcharged.

kept clean...n employees are nice ....i gave a 4 becuz after 2am..theres ususally nothing cooked like hot dogs or wings etc...
