If you are trying to return an item, you should call in advance to make sure you can return it. CVS seem to have a policy where they cannot return items if that item is not carried at a particular location. Kind of a hassle if you ask me, and nowhere on the receipt does it say you cannot return it if they do not carry it. The employees there did not have the best attitude, and I was very disappointed with the fact that this location could not make an exception and sent me off elsewhere. Another location was more than happy to take the return and although they did not have the item in stock either, they had a much better attitude and were very friendly. In short, dont bother going to this location unless you dont care about customer service.

The employees are friendly. I agree. Much more so than the other Antioch CVS on Lone Tree, where they are VERY unfriendly. However, it seems that every single prescription I turn into this pharmacy is never stocked. I have chronic issues in which I pick up Rx(s) every 30 days and every single month, they have to "order" my prescription after the Dr. submits it to the pharmacy. Very rarely do I get to pick up my prescription the same day I turn it in. Other than that, I am mostly pleased with this CVS location.

Store is new and clean. Workers nice and friendly. Con- goods are overpriced. Diapers are $1 cheaper at smart and final next door. Pros- occasional deal makes certain things a bargain.
