Customer service is horrible. The plain do-nuts are decent but the blue berry do-nuts and koloches are horrible!! If you have every eaten a koloche from any other shipleys you know these are not the same.. not even close!!

I think the people are real friendly. Ive never had an issue with them. It seems if I have to wait at all, then there is something free in my box everytime. Just good business.
