Customer service is usually just ok, sometimes its awful, occasionally its great. They never stay stocked, especially in what I buy regularly or need. If you need help in the store you can never, never, never find a salesperson. Then Im usually told I can call on every truck day, which is 3 times a week, or go online and order the item(s). The plus side being that you can purchase hunting, fishing, camping, shoes, athletic, chairs, cooler, and etc in one place if the have it

They have excellent products but the prices are a little high. The services was verry good, every employee we spoke with was polite and friendly. I gave the four star and not a five do to the price of some their merchandise. Some of their merchandise I can buy at wal mart for less. They did however have items i couldnt find anywhere else But all in all a very good visit

What a bunch of rude assholes in the gun department. Went in with my family to buy a rifle. Since I was the one that picked it up; they wouldnt sell it to my wife and were rude as hell about it. Dont see the problem since she has a concealed carry. Never coming back. Drove 1 1/2 hours to get there

So as someone who has made multiple purchases of firearm and sporting goods equipment in other states such as South Carolina and Virginia, and even other places in Arkansas. I can say that Academy has wonderful prices for what youre buying. Also great customer service at academy.

Due to Academys decision to "hide" all of their modern sporting rifle products I will no longer do business at any of their stores. They have shown themselves to be another "fair weather" friend to the firearms community. And if they cant stand by us we shouldnt support them.

Love this store! They have such a large selection of everything for the entire family! I can usually spend hours in here. The store is always clean and stuff is usually pretty easy to find. The lines arent usually too long either.
