I feel like I have to let everyone know about the unbelievably bad service I got at this Gas station this past weekend. My wife and I and our 3 young children were passing through Conway on our way to the lake. We gased up the minivan and drove across the lot to the automatic tire inflator to ensure all of our tires were at the right pressure. Apparently, the gauge on the tire inflation machine was malfunctioning, because instead of inflating my tire, the machine automatically partially de-flated my right rear tire. We asked for assistance from the attandent, whom tried to troubleshoot the machine, but in the process de-flated my tire so that the van was sitting on the rim. Completely flat now even though we pulled in with four good tires! The attendant calls the owner to see what she should do, since their machine was responsible for me having a flat in their lot. The owner tells her on the phone that it is no longer their responsibility and my wife and I have to deal with the situation. I ended up having to jack up the van and roll the de-flated tire down the highway to the nearest service station, simply to re-inflate the tire and put it back on. They refused to call a local mechanic with an air compressor, even though I asked. No one offered me a ride. On top of all of that, the attendant storms away after yelling at me and preaching to me because I used a curse word in front of her. Excuse me... but profane words are sometimes called for in profane situations.

Very rude! Didnt know what they were doing. When the pump wasnt working properly, they accused us of trying to steal gas and told us to leave and never come back. That will not be a problem.

Im so pissed I just went in there got some munchies because Im on my way to a funeral in Virginia and the stuff I got was expired!!!! Like 04/06/17 this is ridiculous!!!
