Big 5 has a great variety of outdoor sports gear from paintball equipment, to running shoes, to tents for a camping trip. The staff at this Tucson location was informative and offered multiple times to assist me with any questions I may have. I definitely recommend if youre looking for a local place that has general outdoor sports equipment.

Pretty good variety of items through different types of sports and activities. Pricing can sometimes be difficult to determine and sale signs are not always posted next to the actual item it is intended for. Friendly customer service though staff is not very knowledgeable. Good for general items at fair prices.

Its Big 5... Their "sales" are typically what you would pay for online and the normal-priced goods are very much overpriced. The store is also packed, so it just feels very cramped. However, every-so-often, a sale is actually worth it. And the employees are at least friendly and willing to help out.

This location has a nice selection of shoes and other sporting goods. They always have great weekly specials.
