I had an eye exam done by Dr. Diana Wykes. After receiving my glasses, I found that everything in my field of vision was distorted, and where I could see, I was seeing double! The glasses were sent back to try and correct the lenses. After another week of waiting, I received the glasses WITH NO IMPROVEMENT. I asked and received refund for the glasses, but was told I would not receive a refund for the eye exam. After reading a similar case regarding a misdiagnosis, I will not recommend the Walmart vision center.

Dr did exam and glasses were incorrect asked and received refund for the glasses but not the eye exam. Had another eye exam done by another Dr. and the Walmart exam was found to be incorrect and off 1/4 each eye. Called walmart for a refund on the faulty exam and was told the Dr does not refund exam cost even when they are at fault. In my book that is malpractice!
