Wonderful customer service, we have been repeat customers for three years now and I cant say enough good about this office. The Visionology team has taken exceptional care of each member of my family and really demonstrated that they know their stuff. Dr. Peterson has state of the art eye exam equipment and he was able to make an early detection of a rare eye condition that my daughter has. We were able to get the right treatment early on before she experienced any permanent vision loss. Dr. Peterson even followed up with us by phone on the weekend to make sure she was doing okay. It was a scary time and I really appreciated his extra concern for us. My 8 year old son is rough on glasses and I have been grateful to take advantage of they excellent warranties they offer. When he broke his Ray Ban frames while rough housing at recess, they were covered under warranty and Visionology was able to get them replaced in less than a week for free. He also had a minor scratch on one lens and when we stopped in for a routine annual checkup on another visit, the technician offered to replace the lenses without me even realizing there was a scratch or expressing concern about it. I bought new glasses and sunglasses this past March from Visionology for me. I feel like a million bucks wearing my new frames. I had tried on several and realized I loved the pair that the technician was wearing that day. She offered to let me try on her pair and she took them right off her face and handed them to me so that I could have a chance to look at them. So nice! I ended up buying an identical pair, she has great taste! Give this group a try, whether it is something superficial or a more serious eye issue, they will make sure you are well taken care of.

Its true. This place is great. I have seen two other eye doctors over the past few years and never felt I had a Rx that worked. I assumed it was the best I could do and almost became resigned to it. I walked into Visionology with my Rx planning just to get fitted for glasses. Dr. Peterson took a lot of time double checking his exam results because his diagnosis was so different than the one Id gotten days before. I learned I dont have an astigmatism which opened up my lens options. I walked out with clear vision in a pair of lenses I couldnt even feel. Kelsey was the person who fitted my glasses. She is a licensed optician, not a sales person or clerical staff. She took a lot of time helping me find a frame that was right for my face. I never felt any pressure or had a sense they were up-selling me. I was grateful they took the time to explain my options and find something that was just right for me. Kelsey was amazing, no question, but the experience at Visionology was more than that. I could see other customers having a similar experience. Its clearly a culture. Im 58. I own my own business and barely have time to read reviews, much less write them. However, this type of service-mindset is so rare in these days of superstores, managed healthcare, and internet price comparisons that I had to take a minute and review them. I am genuinely grateful to find a place that will take the time to help me maximize my vision as I age. I highly recommend Visionology.

This was the first time getting glasses for our 6 years old daughter. We went to almost more than 15 different stores to find the right size/shape glasses, and since we didn’t have any experience, and no help was being provided from the sales people, we couldn’t find the right one, and we were very frustrated. Until we found Visionology. Everyone in this office was so nice and helpful. They even ordered the glasses they didn’t have in store for us to try. And finally with their help and extra efforts, we found the right size glasses for our daughter. Since we got the glasses, we have gone back couple of times for adjustments, and again their support was amazing. We totally recommend this office, for their super nice doctor, employees, and the great service.

My husband and I made our first trip to Visionology today and we will DEFINITELY be going back. Dr. Peterson and Kelsey took such amazing care of us, and were so kind and attentive. Easily my best experience at an optometrist ever! They were so helpful with every part of the process, and even though we stayed past closing finishing up we never, ever felt rushed. We couldnt believe what an awesome experience it was. These people know what theyre doing and what theyre talking about. Definitely recommend!! You will not be disappointed!!!

This is by far the best experience I have ever had at an Optometrist. From top to bottom, the entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, super easy to work with and very friendly. Walking through the doors, you actually feel like they value and appreciate you being there. They truly care about your vision rather than just making a sale. The technology they use and have access to is top notch as well. So long as I live in Utah, I will never go to another Optometrist again. Visionology has gained a customer for life!

Ive worked at Hoopes Vision - the gold standard in innovation and customer service - and 1-800-Contacts (the largest provider of contacts and great customer service) and this place exceeded every standard! The technology is cutting edge, the office is beautiful, and the customer service was first- class. I never felt pressured. I felt heard. It was so personal and caring and Dr. Peterson was so intuitive! He addressed concerns before I thought to bring them up! Im 100% a lifetime customer.

In the past four years, I have went to three different eye doctors and this place- I love the most!! The eye doctor here is amazing and honest as he explains all the options to me with my treatment. His assistants were the best to help me find the perfect glasses that go with the shape of my face and my style. They are also very deaf friendly and willing to accommodate me in every way possible. This is the place to go!! Great customer service.

I must say I was skeptical at first. Is this place just a Big Box Store (W**-**rt) Optical Center with lipstick? But the google reviews swayed me and in we went. First took my son in for glasses then took the whole family back! The entire staff is AWESOME and Dr. Peterson is amazing. He really knows his stuff. I have been going to the same optometrist for almost 35 years and I made the switch. You should too!

I have been seen by Dr. Peterson twice now and each time has been a great experience. The staff are very friendly and nice (they had fruit snacks for my two little boys!) They were so accommodating when I had to bring my two kids along for my exam. Dr. Peterson is very knowledgeable and kind. Clean, new office in convenient location. If you need your eyes checked this is the place!

Dr. Peterson and staff are so wonderful. They have a beautiful office in an easy-to-find location. I loved how friendly everyone was, and how they all made an effort to teach me as the exam went on so I would feel comfortable. They also have a really great selection of glasses.
