Best Starbucks in Northern Arizona, but it is still a Starbucks. What makes this location unique is the sheer amount of space. It even has a conference room that you can rent out. Great place for meetings, but not the place to go in town if you are a coffee snob. Then again, if you are a coffee snob, you do not need my review to tell you that!

Great Starbucks building and service but the Internet sucks! They promise to get it fixed but have done nothing about it and its been months. If there are a few people online at the same time forget using the Internet. Go to McDonalds next door the Internet works great and you can get a senior coffee for $0.75 :-)

As of October 28, 2014 this location still has attwifi and its unbelievably slow, even when the place is nearly empty. Just tested it and the ping was 499ms… thats horrendous. Aside from the WiFi this location is outstanding, the building, the seating, the patio, and the staff are great.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would have selected it. 45 mins in an 8 car drive through is crazy slow. Our warmed coffee cake was cold and our iceed drinks were made hot. I love Starbucks....everyday, will never goto this one again.

We were waiting for our drinks while there was 5 people working. Only one person was making drinks while everyone else stood around and stared. They also started to argue with each other. It was just utter chaos.

One of the worst Starbucks I have been to! Sat in the drive thru for 20 mins and my order was wrong. Had to wait another 10 mins for the right one. 30 mins for coffee is unacceptable.

Staff used to be very unorganized and it used to take way too long to get even a regular black coffee. Since, it has been improved a lot and now I go here almost 2-3 times a week!

Second time in a row all I got was a cup of ice and a tiny bit of refresher. Lame, who wants to pay almost 5 bucks for a cup of ice. Highly advise asking for light ice.
