i just wrote an e-mail to the owner about my visit yesterday .. what a disappointment... poor service, 2 versions of crepes, both bland and dried out,.... i did not even finish my meal. we will not be going back unless someone can tell me that they are correcting this poor version of a crepe . the home fries were simply cubed potatoes.. certainly not "home fries"!... also the cream sauce had a film on it which suggests that it had been sitting for a while! it was not a pleasant experience despite a menu that looks interesting and appetizing.

I love the Cuppers in downtown Prescott, but this other location is not the same. We ordered the crepe stacks and were only given two crepes (the menu states three). Then when we asked about it, they didnt know what we were talking about at first. Then, on top of that only brought us one extra even though we both ordered the crepes. Now, I still give it three stars because the food and drinks are delicious, I just hope the owner of the original location can whip this other one into shape because it is hurting the brand image.

This place probably started off well, but the stale bread, cold food that shouldve been served hot, and incredibly slow service definitely reinforce the image that this new place is not long for this world, especially if they continue doing things in this totally lackluster fashion. Ive tried it twice, and both times the hot foods been cold, the breads been stale, and the service has been friendly but stunningly slow. I will not be back for a third disappointment.

My third visit here, and I still enjoy it. Good coffee that doesnt require a load of sugar or syrups to have pleasant flavor. Counter service has always been prompt, as has the food and coffee service. If you are looking for a restaurant where a server frequently checks up on you, this is not the place. However if you are looking for a cozy atmosphere to socialize or just relax for a bit I recommend you check them out. Try the Reuben, it was great!

I have never left a review before now, but it is worth mentioning. I dont know the lady that worked theres name, but she has long hair and multiple ear piercings. She mustve had a bad day or something and taking it out on the customers and that is not an excuse for how she treated us. I came here for this first time today and it will be my last time. Even though the customer service was lacking (not from everyone) the food and drinks were good.

Positives: -Coffee is okay -Gelato is the best in town -Wide open space good for larger groups Needs improvement: -Service is hit or miss -Prepared food is not what you would expect for the price This place is for you if you are looking for a good gelato or want to meet up with a group larger than 3-4. Be warned, the place goes from a coffee shop to a full-service restaurant in the evenings, which is important to note for meeting purposes.

Horrible! Waited forever.... then our food sat up in the window. I had to go and ask about it. She apologized and said they were short handed..... I could count 6 employees. Then to make things worse.... the got our order wrong. My husband asked for bacon and received ham. I asked for mozz and received Swiss. The tomato bisque was the worst soup I have ever had. Flavorless and chunky. Will never go back!

We accidently found Cuppers on a visit to Prescott...it is amazing. We had breakfast combo with crepes. Everything was perfect from the eggs to the bacon to the crepes and fresh fruit. Tea and coffee were special--alone worth going for. The restaurant was very pleasant--had an upscale feel with great prices. We need you in the Phoenix/Chandler area.

Finally tried it, as we pass it all the time, and glad we did. The counter service was very patient with us, as we didnt know what to order breakfast or lunch. The food was good, not a huge sandwich, but filling and have to remember its not a deli but a bistro. The chi lattes were excellent. Will be back.

I got a sandwich that i guess i expected to be toasted. It was okay.. Maybe i should have gotten a pannini. Fries were good, no salt which was ok as there was salt on table added a little. Gelato was delucious. But literally a sample size cup for $2 come on. Expensive meal.

Not a place to go for good coffee. Espresso drinks were not good. Latte tastes like warm milk. Chai tastes like a powder mix. The only non espresso coffee is house coffee out of a percolator. Very poor place to go if you want to quality coffee.

My mom and I go to the pv one all the time! We love everything on the menu, including the Gelato. The Tibetan Chai is to die for!! Today she even got a free meal and drink because of our full punch cards. 10/10 would recommend

Great coffee and gelato, but the food and service is just awful. The first time I went there to eat, they took an hour to get us our food because they forgot about us. The second time the food was just so plain.

Food was awful. Their French onion soup and chicken brie sandwich were disgusting. If I wanted to be overcharged for garbage I could have just put money in a dumpster. Service was crappy too.

Coffee great. Service terrible. Food awful. Tables were all dirty and only 6 customers so no excuse to not wipe tables down. However, server did wash his hand prior to delivering our plates.

Friendly, tasty, not totally comfort food (which is good!) with delicious coffee and tea. Its a long drive from our house but worth it every time. Always a relaxed dining experience.

We dont like a whole lot in Prescott Valley, but Cuppers Bistro is an exception. They are always friendly, the gelato is fresh, and the coffee is strong. We quite enjoy this bistro.

We love haveing Sunday morning breakfast here after church. It can get a little busy after church, but they do a good job of keeping up with the crowd. Very friendly staff.

Most of the time I really enjoy this place but unfortunately more and more often it is hit and miss as far as the service and the selection and sometimes the quality.

Ive been here probably 10 times never been impressed. The food is just okay, same experience with the coffees, but the Gelato is definitely worth coming in for!

Great place to sit and relax with a fresh cup of coffee. Seating inside or outside is abundant. Food is amazing and dont forget to save room for some gelato!

The coffee was good, the hostess/cashier was nice, but it took 25 minutes to deliver the coffee order. And it was just coffee mocha with coconut syrup.

Gelato is amazing. Coffee is ok. The food is really good – when its good. They arent super consistent. They have a good range of gluten free options.
