I do not recommend this store due to the rude service and high prices, even though a convenient location. Shame on me for giving this place one more try after experiencing rude service almost 2 years ago. The gal in the front office is extremely rude and even condescending when asking legitimate questions about pricing and pick up options for my kids glasses. Today she was training a new employee and even I felt sorry for that new hire. She was discussing issues with customers to this employee, while current customers could easily hear her sarcastic comments. The eye doctor/partial owner was nice, however I will continue to recommend other options until the front office staff changes.

This is easily the friendliest eye care provider I have EVER encountered. I flew into Phoenix and due to an emergency issue with my contact lenses I had to hop into an optometrists office as soon as I landed. The kind people at Optical Expressions saw me right away and were beyond helpful. I really cant recommend these guys enough!
