This is probably the best Chinese takeout Ive had since moving to Phoenix. Their delivery menu offers a lot of the same fare youd find at most Chinese restaurants, but the quality is distinctly better. Im almost certain the ingredients didnt come prepackaged, unlike most other takeout dishes. We ordered the fried crab puffs and a few different shrimp dishes. The veggies had that bright flavor and snap that only comes with freshness, and the shrimp was juicy and bursts with every bite. Even the crab puffs tasted like the were made fresh. Its not overly greasy either, which I appreciate. Basically, the next time Im craving Chinese food, this place will be my first choice.

Been coming to Tinas since 1988. I started off with Shrimp fried rice back n the day. It was delicious. Now I love their chicken wings and combination plates. And the hot oil is also good. The store is very clean and the family are nice people.
