The piercer, Kyler, is a joke. I had a terrible experience getting pierced by him. He didnt properly sanitize before piercing my nose, he didnt give me any instruction on how to care for it afterward (I had to specifically ask for it), and it was totally lopsided. Not only did it not match up to the piercing on the other side, it was also put in sideways so the stud didnt lie flat against my nose. He drew a huge ass circle on my nose to mark where it would be and I assumed he would pierce the middle of the circle but it was soooo off. Everyone else at this shop is super nice and as far as I can tell does good work, but Kyler doesnt know what he is doing. Im pretty sure he is not certified to be doing this kind of work and after looking around I have seen others who have had similar experiences with him. I was even warned by someone else who was waiting to get a tattoo not to trust his work, too bad I didnt find out who he was until after he screwed up my nose. Dont trust him. Hes the small guy with dark hair who is probably bragging about how he just got out of jail.

I had went in and got my nose pierced about 2 weeks ago, and after about 5 days i called them because i was having an issue with the piercing. This was not an issue i had before, so i was not sure how to fix it. My nose ring was singing into my nose and hurting bad. I called, and talked to two diffrent people there. They said it sounded like the bose ring was to small and i was swelling. She told me that the piercer was out of office for the week, but took my number and have him call me to walk me through on what to do, and how to fix the issue. I was so swollen i could not get nose ring out and I never got any call back. They basically blew me off. I ended up having to contact a diffrent tattoo shop who did have a piercer who would help me. I will never recommend this place. I basically wasted the money, because it ended up having to be taken out since i waited for him to call me.

If I could give a zero I would! I made an appointment with Jayson to do my daughters first tattoo, we made the appointment two weeks ago, I called three days ago to confirm, showed up 10 min before her scheduled appointment of 1pm and the shop was locked, no one there! We waited around even though the hours said they were to open at noon. Called the shop as well as Jaysons cell multiple times with no answer! Luckily Rocky from AZ ink squeezed her in! I hope damaged goes out of business! This is no way to run a business! You suck Jayson!!!

I got both my tragus pierced by Jason. He runs a very clean and sterile shop, and he also fit us in last minute. We gave him a call around 6pm if he would take us in that evening and gave us a time and sure enough, we were brought back when we got there. He was fully prepped for us, gave us the lowdown on what jewelry was being placed and how to care for it. All around the shop is great and the people that run it are very nice and professional.

I wouldnt know about the quality of work this place does because after waiting a month to get in for a tattoo they called a couple hours before my appointment and canceled on me. I understand that things happen , people get sick, but to try and reschedule me another month and a half out! This wasnt a small quick tattoo that I wanted, I was getting a fairly large custom tattoo. Now I will take my $$ elsewhere!

Made us wait for 7 hours and we checked in with them several times, told them we were out front and not leave waiting for our turn, just for no one to call our names and cross us off! 7 HOURS OF TIME AFTER O HOT OFF WORK TO BE LIED TO! I was looking for a new shop and it will definitely not be this one. Disrespectful to customers willing to spend time and money!

They kicked out a drunk guy who wanted a tattoo. He came back with a gun and fired three shots inside. Almost killed a little girl. Id say be more careful with the crazies who you kick out. My tattoo was perfect but had to deduct 2 stars for almost dying. 3/5 experience.

I had the best experience with L" everything was luxury.. He even introduced me to other artists.. I had no problems with my tattoo and it was a relaxing piece of art.. Lord Bless all the Artist they deserve it.. Thanks Larnel I will be definitely coming back....

Everyone at Damaged Ink is awesome! Very friendly and they all seem to have a family type relationship with each other. My husband and I have been to Rob twice (Friday the 13th events) and he is excellent! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Very rude period very short and quoted 2 times the amount of regular piercing and theyre not even doing piercing for a month that they advertise that they pierce. Very unprofessional
