The other commenter is wrong, respectfully. As a customer of ATT for years, I found that their customer service reps are actually NOT as helpful as I thought, neither are the supervisors. Now while this is an isolated case, probably for them, maybe maybe not, I just have to say DONT get an Escape 2 phone or move to the country. They have terrible service, unlike Verizon. They tell you things that they dont abide by, their recording says your account is paid in full (even on the 10th of the month when your bill is ready) and it obviously was wrong. Supervisors tell you all kinds of things that are not true. I bought this "smart" phone and every time I went to use it I got the message "emergency calls only" whenever I COULD get a hold of someone, the whole conversation was "hello, are you there, can you hear me now" etc. They wont send a replacement phone OF THE SAME KIND unless the supervisor texts you and apologizes. The reps tell you to buy a "tower" for the inside of your house to the tune of $149.00 because their service area is so bad and there is "nothing they can do about it". The supervisor tells you that he would have waived the fee but I didnt give them enough time to fix the issue, HUH, I called like at least 10 times. Then another supervisor says if I had sent the phone back they would or could have refunded me then in the same breath she tells me that because it was past the 14 days she wouldnt be able to refund me, so which is it. See, thats the "lie". So, and dont hold Verizon responsible for every little (or big) mistake ATT makes or promises, but Verizon is going to credit me. I dont feel that this bill is due from either myself or Verizon due to the lies, AND, if they could have provided better service, I would actually, not have changed phones or companies. Verizon has been VERY nice, helpful and willing to make this matter correct for me, and ATT will not. ATT is good and has been helpful, but in this case, they showed their true colors, I suspect. And, while Im at it, when I first signed up with Alltel, I got transferred to ATT and the Samsung phone got blocked by some kids in the area since the PO delivered the phone to the wrong address. I lost all my pictures and videos. When I called and they (I thought) were nice to send another phone, it was a piece of crap and was supposed to REPLACE the phone but they considered it an UPGRADE and, actually, they screwed me right from the start.

I had the BEST experience. I just started my own business and wanted to switch from Verizon to AT&T. The manager, Ian, was so knowledgable about the exact phone package I needed. I got a bran new IPhone 6, and an iPad mini, 5g of data for both, for a little more than I was paying Verizon for 2g of data. He even told me about the benefits off all the cases, and did you know you can get a privacy screen for your phone?! Uh awesome! Im sending all my clients to this store from now on!

Great customer service. Chris (store manager) is friendly and knowledgable. My case was a bit of a tricky one, but he took the time to get it right. I switched from "the other big service provider" and AT&T service seems to be better for in Anthem (definitely better in the east most section of Anthem).

I called in and was told I could buy a note 7 here.i waited a whole hour because of there slow service to find out they wont sale me one. I wasted my time here. Go somewhere else
