I give it 2 stars because my daughter and I went in there yesterday August 2, 2017 after 4 to find college books. First I ask this young black lady do they have any she said she can order them online so I told her let me get my daughter cause she went looking for them by herself in the store. When we came back to the desk there was a tall white guy there so my daughter ask him if he can order the books she needs. She told him the name of one book and then he replied no I cant find it online. As soon as we got in our truck we got on the Barnes and Nobles website and found all of her textbooks. We just got poor customers services.

Im a regular shopper and visitor here. My 2 year old Godson loves to come here to play in the kids area. The atmosphere is very pleasing and comfortable. The low volume music playing in the background is always soothing and relaxing. Doing school work or reading a novel in this Barnes & Noble is wonderful. The staff will treat you like family, helping you with all of your needs in a friendly, timely manner.

Bookstore well managed and operated. Cafe products are generally plentiful and good. Cafe seating area is substandard. All furniture is worn out. Some to the point of seeming unsanitary. Really need prompt attention by owner.

Okay! Now I love B&N BUT today when I bought something and my total was $9.76 and I told the cashier I had a penny and she said, "well I already rang it up." and would not take my penny. Do some basic math please.

Great variety to choose from and nice cafe (very clean). Tad pricey for the quality and size of pizza. It wasnt too tasty either. unfortunately it doesnt have any outlets to charge electronics

Amazing place with many options for kids. Toys that are totally different than any other place. Staff is incredible! By they the have a nice coffee place inside.
