Had problems at this store because they couldnt find my reciept on their computer. District manager and store manager did everything they could after the problem was pointed out.. Was almost positive when I walked in for my refund the manager was going to be a jerk. But surprisingly he wasnt and showed me exactly what happened and apologized.

I just moved to Tuscaloosa to goto school here from Michigan, would always goto AAP in Michigan because of the amazing service. I would say though the few times I been here, the people are rude and doesnt seem to have any interest in wanting to be there. I ended up finding a different auto part store that was far more helpful.
