The main value of this store is to show my kids there once were stores that exclusively sold books. We usually walk around looking at books that we dont want, since they never have the ones we do want, and we can get them on Amazon for less than half the price anyway. Whenever I do buy something, Im met with pleas to pay their $25 membership fee or sign up for "free" magazines. Its enough to remind me to shop on Amazon next time and use Books A Million for what its good for - a twentieth century museum.

I visited store 783 today. I waited ten minutes up front to check out. After passing me for a third time, a Kathryn informed me to check out at the cafe. My eleven year old niece went to the cafe to check out and was ignored for several minutes. After completing the cafe order, the worker Al went up front and proceeded to check out another customer who was not informed to go to the cafe. You are either rude or lazy. And you didnt even care you were rude to an eleven year old girl!

Looking for religious goods during season. Lots of commercial type goods but nothing with the true meaning of Christian seasons. There were no giits pertaining to First Holy Communion or gift bibles, tie clips, gift cards, etc., for the same occassion, according to the clerk I spoke with. That would be a plus for this store, instead of just Easter bunnies, Christmas trees, and Santa Claus, etc.

I felt lost when I entered your store. However 2 Pleasant salespersons immediately assisted me and even walked me to the exact location of the books I needed. As I left the store I thought wow I feel at home here now. I will be back more often. I dont know why I waited so long before I did visit you store. Not the best. Coffee was horrible from Joe Muggs, and Wi-Fi will cost you the price of their "membership" card.... Probably will not go back to any Books-A-Million. Staff was very friendly, but was preoccupied talking to friends instead of customers.

Only went in to get something to drink during my lunch break. The lady behind the coffee counter was great! Friendly, great customer service, definitely needs a raise. Good iced coffee, good iced tea, way cheaper than Starbucks!

Book stores feel overpriced these days thanks to online retailers, this BAM is no exception. I go here for the experience and to purchase coffee & things from the "nerd shines" (as my children call them) from our many fandoms.
