My husband bought three items last week and after he got home discovered our bank account reflected more was charged than should have been. He went back and spoke with a manager who advised the $50 difference would be put back into our account within 24-48 hours. He has been in there everyday this week because the issue was still not being resolved and then was told today a week later that because it was a cash withdrawal they cant do anything about it. My husband DID NOT receive any cash back the night of the purchase. The customer should not have to suffer due to the cashiers mistake. We will not be returning!!!

Poor service called the bakery to order a cake for my partner lady sounded angreybtook fireverbto get someone on the phone and not yo mention hung up on me knowing I was going to order anything they could make for me .... must say this store has lost my buissness abs I drive there a lot but Walmart is only two minutes more of a drive ....

Clean and organized store. I was able to find what I needed without having to search, which is important for a guy! Prices were reasonable. Only issue I had was their bar code reader didnt read my android pay Winn Dixie rewards card. I actually had to tell him my phone number. Imagine that!

Clean store. Good lunch/deli counter. Be weary of their "BOGO deals" you can usually get both items cheaper at the Walmart grocery then WD charges in their BOGO pricing. Decent meat department. Grocery and dry goods are cheaper at Walmart and the manager will not price match.

Ive been shopping at Winn-Dixie in Millbrook for more than six years. The store is clean. The deals are always really good. The staff are helpful. They also give out free cookies to kids.

Im sorry but the produce is the worst & forced us to do most of our trade with Publix. Produce Mgr obviously lacking in ordering or hes not inspecting fruit upon delivery or both.
