My wife went into the store and didnt receive any customer service. She couldnt tell who was working or who was shopping. She asked about some hair and the employee left her and the employee didnt show concern about getting a clear answer about the product. She wont go back for anything else again. It also really sad to see a black owned business being ran like this. She wanted to shop to spend money in our(black owned)businesses but getting bad customer service left a bad taste.

I went in TTs about a month ago, experience wasnt so pleasant. I have been back 3 times since then and I can say that after my husband posted his review about the not so great service, so far all the wrongs have been corrected. I appreciate Mr. Bernard for reaching out because he didnt have to but he did and thats what you call great customer service.
