UPDATE! I am changing my 1 star rating to 5 stars. The store manager Ms.Carter called me on her day off to let me explain everything that had happened with the Pharmacy Manager (Katrina). Ms. Carter talked to me for over an hour and we had a wonderful talk. I am so thankful she heard me out and was very understanding. To everyone that has had a bad experience PLEASE seek out Ms. Carter ( store manager) I can assue you she will listen to you and try her hardest to fix whatever situation you have. I was under the impression since my situation happened with the Pharmacy Manager that my only choice was to go to corporate but that is incorrect! You can go to the store manager over pharmacy issues. Again, Ms. Carter was on vacation with her family and took time out of her day to call me and she let me talk her ear off until I was a happy customer again. I will also be calling and e-mailing corporate about how thankful I am. Reviews are for every experience NOT just the horrible ones! I have never in my life thought someone was being rude towards me because of me being a white female until I had the worst customer service experience at this Pharmacy by the Pharmacist Manager of all people. The first time I blew it off thinking maybe she was having a bad day but then I had the same attitude from her a second time after seeing and hearing her attitude was opposite towards my husband who is mixed. A few weeks ago I called and asked her about a certain medication and if they had it and being told it would be ordered and she was so rude and proceeded to tell me I was incorrect then my husband who is mix went in there and she was very nice so I blew it off thinking it was a bad moment.. Yesterday, Same thing. I went in there to ask if a certain medication could be transferred and her whole demeanor was very rude toward me AND she kept arguing with me when I was simply asking a question. So, my husband went in there and asked the SAME question and she was 100% opposite AGAIN towards him. So I know now it is because of my race. I told the walgreens employee about what happened and apparently I am not the only white female this woman is rude towards and she has had several complaints. I will be calling corporate and e-mailing. I will make sure this woman will be nice to ALL her customers.

Stopped in to purchase a syringe and 18 gauge needle to drain fluid off my knee. The two swollen plus, plus sized "assistants" treated me like a criminal and denied the sale to me. Told me I had to have a scrip for a needle. Then they told me it was up to the pharmacist to sell a needle to me or not but I never saw the pharmacist. Oh, and if I wanted to talk to the pharmacist I would have to wait. Treated me like a criminal. Just so you understand an 18 gauge needle is not something you do drugs with its the size of a framing nail. So, bitches, I drove on and stopped at another pharmacy, purchased the supplies i needed to drain my knee and when i got home, drained the thing and have the supplies to do it five more times, supplies cost me $3 and will save me lots of time and money for medicare (you and me) will not be charged office visit plus bump charge for aspiration. The one star rating is way too good for these jerks.

We have had multiple issues ranging from no drug availability and wrong dosage. Our last two prescriptions were partially filled; which was discovered by us. We are very concerned that a pharmacy has the dosage and frequency but cant provide the proper quantity. The second issue is that the pharmacy did not notify us; we notified them. When presented with the mistake the manager (Katrina) became defense and wanted to provide a refund in lieu of the remaining prescription for my son. Management change needed!

That Pharmacy manager is horrible. After telling her she got my dosage wrong she began yelling at me telling me the Dr wrote in wrong. I knew she was lying since I looked at the prescription myself. I asked numerous times to see the actual prescription and she told me it was unavailable when I handed it to her hours earlier. She was very rude and blaming others for her mistake. I told my Dr about it and luckily they made a copy. I am reporting this to HR.

Pharmacy manager needs to be FIRED. Multiple occasions she has told me I had a certain qty of my prescription on file and I would get there and it would be different. She told my wife to be quite when my wife was trying to expain something and was very rude to her on multiple occasions. She messed up my prescription and gave me more than my Dr even prescribed and this was a controlled subtance and when my wife called and told her she denied it.

Went in with a SKU for a product that another walgreens reassured me this place had 3 of.. Got told multiple times that I obviously hadnt checked the right isle.. And when someone finally went to look they brought back an entirely different product. They THEN decided to look up the SKU I have them and then just explained "oh it says we have it so it should be on that isle". Horrible customer service, lazy employees.
