Terribly rude staff member ERIC. I was checking out with my husband and 3 year old, and had a bottle of wine in our groceries. I had no need for a purse as my husband had his wallet and was the one driving, We were just running over to my Inlaws for dinner. He asked for both of our IDs. (we are both 34) Ok zero problem asking for ID, BUT when I said I dont have one my husband . He said quote ..."Well go to your car and get it" with extreme attitude. When I said "excuse me?" He said "I want you to go to your car and get it if you want your wine" at which point I simply told him "Again I do not have it. Its not in the car," and asked him to just forget the wine. Its no big deal! but what is a huge deal to me is the lack of respect and the extremely rude manor in which he ordered me to "go to your car." He basically got a huge kick out of it and there was no need for the disrespectful attitude. I would never shop at that location again.

An All-Star performance by the manager and this crew. Traveling from out of town and preparing for thanksgiving dinner, we shopped here for supplies and treats. We love Publix at home but being a new store for us we were at a loss at times. Even with a large crowd and the hustle of keeping stock on shelves, all staff members were attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable. The manager himself, Kevin, stayed on the floor the entire hour+ we were there. If I was moving to the Auburn area, proximity to the store would probably be a factor, it was that great of an experience.

The customer service is the best Ive ever had. They do let you know its a bit more expensive to shop there than Kroger and Winn Dixie but they still have deals. I would definitely go back just because of the amazing service we got.
