This is the ONLY store I will buy from in town as here I have been treated EXTREMELY well for well over the year since I bought my first special power chair from them in Feb of 2013. That chair turned out not to work for me, and they took it back with NO HASSLE after several weeks. I chose another chair which I sill have. Since that time Amber has worked with me (with her employers full support) to find me and my handicapped partner the furniture that has made our lives more comfortable. This has not been a simple or easy process, but between them they have done right by us and made it work. We are very happy! And on top of that our guests really love what they see and sit on!! :) Every time I come to the store I am treated with warmth. I never feel pressured, yet I am recognized as someone who "belongs" to this "family" ~ who cares about their customers. It is not the same as being treated a certain way in the hopes that one will spend money... Between us we have built a relationship of mutual respect. This pleases me a great deal. I HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone who wants to be treated both with respect and with understanding, while looking for the things of style which will bring comfort to their lives. For, no matter where one buys furniture, it IS an investment ~ so, why not have it be an investment of the heart AND not pay an arm and a leg for it? I have the Stanley power recline leather couch and two different size matching power recline chairs (one custom made for me to accommodate my particular disability) with LIFETIME Warranty. I have the confidence that the warranty will be available to me should I ever need it, as this company treats its customers well enough to STAY in business while not overcharging them for the goods they are buying. Give them a try... You surely will NOT regret it...

The first time into this store years ago was a very pleasant surprise and enjoyable. We were looking for a couch for our newly remodeled home. As we browsed through the store we were comparing the products they carry as well as the customer service. Everyone that offered to assist us seemed to have an attitude of courtesy, interest in what we were looking for and a“non-pressure” commitment. After we left the store we continued to view prices and other stores in the Vancouver area. It was not a hard decision to come back to Cascade with their selection and prices. We met Karen who assisted my husband and me with several selections. Her people-talent really held her in good stead. The two of us do not always think alike. She was able to give us great service in finding a happy medium for our selections. Years later, I contacted her for more purchases and was greeted by the same low-key attitude by this establishment and their many great staff. With one purchase I made of lamps I had one that wouldn’t work. Karen took time to order another lamp for replacement knowing she had to order two lamps at a time. This was really appreciated. All-in-all, I will continue to shop at Cascade Furniture as it is a very rewarding experience. Greg and Sylvia B

After 20 plus years I set out to finally get new furniture. I went from store to store getting very frustrated and then I walked into Cascade furniture right here in my own back yard and I knew right away that this would be a different experience. Karen greeted me and actually listened to what I was looking for. I felt within minutes that i had a friend who was only interested in making sure that I found the exact look I was looking for , and I did! I NEVER felt pressured or like she was only out to "sell" me furniture. At other stores I had visited I felt a little like I do when I step a foot on a car sales lot. The entire staff was also great many times offering their advice even about other decorating choices that had nothing to do with furniture. I will always come here for all of my decorating needs. I know that they care and are always going to be on my side. Karen was extraordinary and went WAY above to make me happy and I feel as If i also made a new friend. Thank you so much. Buying new furniture is a big deal and Karen and the staff here all get that! .

HORRIBLE! My experience at Cascade Furniture has to be the worst experience Ive had as a consumer in several years. When our order finally arrived, the table was not only a different design, but the wrong color and didnt match any of the other pieces we purchased. It was clear that a completely different table had been ordered than we had requested, but the staff insisted we were incorrect and that "every piece is made by hand and therefore different." Come on, the chairs were dark mahogany and the table was a light oak color! When we insisted that we did not want to take home the wrong table, we were told that they would order us a new one that would take another 4+ weeks to arrive, still be charged a delivery fee, and somehow cost us $300 more! (Per the review from the user below, it looks like most purchases are magically jacked up by that amount at Cascade Furniture). Ultimately we decided to cancel the order all together and we will NEVER go back to this store.

In 2005, we finally saved enough to buy furniture that was not-hand-me-downs, so we turned to Cascade Furniture. The Stanton brand was appealing because of their warranty and the fact they were local. Cascade stands behind what they say and sell. After over 10 years, the furniture began to break down and became uncomfortable. I called Jon at Cascade, he then handed it off to Karen, who arranged for the set to go back to Stantons for the warranty work to be done. One of the reviews complained that they do not offer free delivery. Im here to say, this is a minor inconvenience compared to the amazing service they offer. In the 10 plus years of doing business with Jon and his crew, we can say that we have recommended Cascade to several of our friends and family and would not think about buying high quality furniture anywhere else.

My fiance went into this establishment right after we purchased our first home. We needed everything from rugs to couches to beds, and had money in hand to purchase that day. We spent a good 45 minutes walking around the store looking and never ONCE did an employee approach to see if we needed help. Which was really shocking to both of us since we counted at least 5 people on the floor not helping customers. Finally WE asked for help! upon asking for a certain type of couch she POINTED AT THE ELEVATOR and said "we have more upstairs" before walking off. Needless to say we went to another store and purchased everything we needed, they where helpful, loaded our truck and the manager even offered to deliver (at no charge!) most of it so we didnt have to make multiple trips.

Very disappointing. We bought our couch and ottoman here a year ago August 2015 and had a very good experience. At that time we were looking at a recliner and picked out a nice flex steel, well things happen and we ended up putting off the purchase. Fast forward to this week 10/16 and we get a "special invitation" for a big sale with up to 50% to 70% off on almost all brands they carry. I decided to check it out and there is the same/similar recliner marked up to twice what the price was a year ago then back to 50% off the marked up price. I must say this is exactly what I expect from all furniture dealers and sadly Cascade is no different. I wont be a repeat customer after all.
