I decided to have an online purchase delivered to the store to avoid delivery charges which it was estimated a week which was to be expected. I was waiting for a confirmation email that my product had been successfully delivered and it was past the estimated time of arrival by two weeks. I decided to go into the store to see where my order was and they spent an hour looking for it to than tell me they had lost and would reorder it for me. Waste of time. I now have to wait another two weeks at the least to get my product since the closest warehouse was out of stock of the item. I also made some purchases in store at the time since what is one to do while waiting for them to find my order than look around. The lady that checked me out was unapologetic about the entire ordeal and forgot my discount the manager authorized for the hassle caused. Severely disappointed. Customer service is lacking to say the least.
I placed an order online to pick up some color copies. I placed the order the day before and come to pick them up mid morning and they still werent ready. I had to wait for almost 20 minutes for them to print them put and then they had the hardest time ringing them up. This is the second time this has happened where I placed orders the day before, go to pick them up, and they arent ready. I am going to try and find another place to get copies.
I was in need of a 100ft Ethernet cable. I had trouble choosing the correct version for the best price. However, thanks to Chaz everything went smoothly and my experience was delightful! He got everything and thoroughly explained the differences between Cat5 and Cat6, thus making it easier for me to decide. Overall it was my best experience with Staples so far!

They helped me find the webcam I needed, and knew the best one for me. Then when I forgot my package at the store, they held it. They didnt release it until Id given appropriate identifying information - very professionally done.
Came in to get a couple documents scanned. The representative huffed and puffed and quoted me $1.00 a page because he didnt want to do it. He suggested I go to Staples where they would do this for $.50 so I left.
I told a worker i was having issues with the printme email (part of self service printing from phone). She responded with "ohh tuff". And walked away
One of the most annoying and distracting playlists Ive heard in a store! I wanted to leave very soon after I came in because of it.
Sometimes hard to find anyone to assist but once located have always found them helpful and well informed
