The MANAGER STACY refused a sell of about a $100 worth of automotive sells because of her inability to listen to me as a customer. STACY THE MANAGER walked away from me after awaiting 20 minutes for her to come to the register. I informed her that the merchandise had a white ticket that said $17.94 for seat covers but she said not grey but black only. I told her the sign was back there and I want it for sale price. She said no they are not the ones. I cant give them to you for that took them and walked away to service desk. I have never had a manager perform by being loud and rude. I told the cashier if I could not get the cover it would be no need of buying anything else. I then realize why so many were opened and appeared returned. STACY was not professional and refused to sell because same item but different color Ridiculous! Now I see why her store appear like that with all those sell sticker on every aisle but not on the system. One thing left to say STACY get better organized before you loose more sells. I LOVE KMART but not STACY store. I ask for her name she refused and said only 1st name required. Can I talk to your manager. I am the manager. I repeated and she handed me a card with 1800Kmart4u on it. STORE#3471 is not on a good rating from this customer. 2001 S. Military Hwy & N.Battlefield 543-2016 HELP STACY GET ORGANIZED!

Im new to the area and the fact that this Kmart is so close to my house (and the Wal-Mart is always busy) I thought I would give it a try. NEVER AGAIN! This is the worst Kmart Ive ever been to. The store is a mess and the staff is not much better. They are evidently too incompetent to know how to put their products in the correct spot and when you question it the staff gets all defensive and short with you. I pulled a product from the shelf where there were many others and when it came up $8 more than the shelf label I questioned it, the girl walked back there and came back and said "Theres only one more on the shelf and its in the wrong spot." I said "WELL, if theres more than one of that product in the wrong spot it obviously wasnt a customer that did it, it was your staff, so why should I have to pay for their mistake." Of course she didnt like that and started bobbing her head back and forth and said "Umm, well theres nothing I can do." I said, "Umm, well, you can take all the rest of my stuff and put it back up.. in the incorrect place" and walked out leaving her there with multiple things that probably just got shoved somewhere. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

First, if I could give them 0 stars I would...horrible customer service, from the staff to the managers on duty...so I called with a simple request...the guy that answered the phone just transferred me which left me on hold for over 12 mins without even checking back....so I hung up and called back and a rude ass lady sounding like a man answers the phone cuts me off and the transfers me again...so I called back after being on hold for another 7 mins and requested to speak to a manager but the manager wanted to know my name and what I wanted before she would come to the phone...hahaha then no manager came to the phone instead a worker from the department I requested to speak to from the beginning answer the phone telling me woo.woo they just told me to answer the phone but we are really busy so what do you need....this is just a sign of poor customer service and of course bad leadership

Had a problem with an employee, concerning condescending attitude over "scooter with basket" for disabled customers. Of some of the rude things that were said, one of them was that there was no seating available except outside and to the side (I wouldnt be able to see inside the store when it was my turn--which most of us do at Walmat, etc). When I called a manager, she did apologize for the employee, and did say that there was a chair near the Pharmacy. When I asked her if I could see the cash registers from there, to know when someone was finished using the scooter, she said no. So, if I drove all the way to their store, and there wasnt a scooter, or a seat available, K-mart has lost a customer. I dont expect any store to buy a fleet of scooters, and am very grateful for the stores that do. I just want to be treated on an "equal" plane.

Right now is the time for the end of summer sales!!! I always can find great deals. The store was clean. There are no scooters available at this store anymore. But I did see a wheelchair. Checkout is slow, but they do provide curbside assistance!!

This is the worst kmart ever bad consumer services and lack of management skills but their was 1 good employ sherry hats off to here she was a big help but dam the customers services center. Look at the front when you walk in come on.

Their prices are a little higher than Walmart. I do like that they offer layaway. Check out is slow all the time. Usually only have one or two registers open at any given time. The store is not very attractive inside.
