Somebody pushed a shopping cart into my car while backing up their car at this store and broke their marker light doing so. It left alot of damage to the passanger side door. I asked for the security camera footage so i could file a police report about the hit and run. I was told that they dont have cameras in the parking lot and i could file an incident report, but it wouldnt do any good because they arent liable for any damage that occurs in their parking lot. I emailed coorporate about it and they must be too good to respond to an average customers problem. I understand not being liable for vehicle damage as any store will tell you that, but not having security cameras in a parking lot like that is not safe. If somebody gets mugged, raped or murdered in their parking lot, its not costcos problem? I wouldnt make any expensive purchases at this store anymore because obviously costco doesnt care about its customers after they have their money. You know they could afford cameras being as large as they are, but theyre too cheap. Its really sad because even many of the small local businesses have security cameras covering their parking lots.

I love the Costco store, unfortunately I do not particularly like this store or its location. I like the ethnic people that work inside of this store, they are SO personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I however have not been treated the same from the Caucasian staff, I would say it would be 30% of the female Caucasian staff with about 5% of the male Caucasian staff. Every time I go to this store I get treated like Im going to steal something, mind you Ive spent over $12,000 at this store so far to date. I drive a car thats worth over hundred thousand dollars. Its honestly disgusting, I have called and complained about it but I have never received any response as to why this behavior keeps on happening, or any calls back. Maybe if they implemented better training for people and hired people more from a city background because they will have experiences and instances where they will have dealt or been in contacted with a wide variety and range of people that are not just like themselves. Anyways if it continues to happen I will be pulling stocks from Costco and calling corporate.

I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to Jeff at the automotive shop for going over and above the call of duty. 2 days ago, I sent my son to Costco in Camillus NY to have my regular tires remounted and remove my winter tires for storage. Through a miscommunication, the two-year-old winter tires accidentally ordered for disposal. Today latter during dinner, my wife mentioned seeing a statement for tire disposal. I immediately dropped my dinner and raced over to Costco’s before the store closed at 8:30 PM. I arrived at 8:00 PM and immediately greeted by Jeff. He recalled the transactions and offered to assist in recovering my winter tires. After a diligent search in a heap of 2 business days’ old worth of discarded tires, Jeff was able to recover all 4 tires. (Did I mention much prayer was happening during this period). I have been a member of Costco since 1994; the quality of individual service has not diminished in these many years… but Jeff... he is a superstar in my book. Thank you again. Mr. Gray

Not so good the optical department I dealt with Amanda Blackmer having glasses made over never measured with the measuring rule just left them the way they were I asked her three different times I came back questioning the accuracy so this pair would be made correctly this time she just said everythings okay with the script from the doctor just couldnt get her to measure properly Ive dealt with her before the same old story doesnt want to do anything for the customer thats my feelings anyway not happy with the service from her other representatives there have been really nice and cooperative and very helpful but each time I dealt with her the same old story everythings okay she dont want to do anything for the customer now the glasses have sent in to be remade and who knows if theyll come back correctly no thanks to her signed mr. Slade

CASTCO OPTICAL DR NITA SAINI CALLED TO SEE IT I COULD GET AN EYE EXAM GREETED WITH A FRIENDLY COME ON DOWN WE WILL GET YOU IN..SO I DID. WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS GREETED BY CRISS WHO GAVE ME SOME PAPER WORK.. WHO HAD AN EXCELLENT ATTITUDE..I THEN MET DR NITA SAINI VERY UP BEET ALSO A GREAT ATTITUDE I RECEIVED MY EYE EXAM WHEN I WENT FROM MACHINE TO MACHINE SHE CLEANED EACH PIECE OF EQUIPMENT BEFORE USING IT. SHE THEN EXPLAINED WHAT SHE WAS DOING I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE AND CONFIDENT. WHEN THE EXAM WAS OVER I WENT TO PICK OUT SOME FRAMES WHERE I MENT DANIEL WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL THEN I FINISHED UP WITH TEDDI WHO ALSO WAS VERY HELPFULL AND PROFESSIONAL. PRICES VERY REASONABLE.... MY TRIP TO COSTCO OPTICAL WAS A 110 PERCENT THANKS......GO THERE WITH CONFIDENCE.......

Havent been a customer for long but so far so good. I wish I had bought my TV there given the great prices on electronics. I bought a 128gb thumb drive for $25! The bulk food seems to be reasonably priced but I wish I had a deep freezer to keep all of the extra. I havent been able to keep my total under $100 but of course its an investment (as long as I dont eat all three pounds of pepperoni in one sitting). I also know Costco takes good care of its employees which is important when deciding where I shop. Cheap gas prices too!

The only real downside to this Costco is location. If it were closer to the city that would be great. While sometimes busy, Ive never had any real problems with too many people like i have at other Costco stores. Lines are short, getting your car in is never a half day wait, getting gas Ive never seen a line let alone a 10 minute wait and so on. Anotherd thing i noticed is that this store has a higher volume of samples than other stores Ive been to, and thats always a plus!

As always, Costco is a place of extreme delight - this one is no different! Offering the same variety of wholesale goods and of course their delicious pizza! The only let down with this one is the cleanliness of the seating area for eating food. Tables werent cleaned along with a good dashing of ketchup, mustard and onions across the floor. Still doesnt put me off though!

Much better wholesaler compared to the other options in the Central New York area, the options and discounts on many household items more than justify the membership costs needed. The selection of prepared foods along with the many services provided have made this location my preferred grocery and necessities store.

It is no longer surprising, Costco always has amazing customer service. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. I went to the tire center for service and have always been treated with care. Great people there. Make sure you go hungry, always food samples to try. And if thats not enough, hot dogs.

This store is huge and it has a clean and upscale feel to it. The customer service is really good and the products offered are great. You can find savings here on many things and youll also be able to save on fuel if youre a member.
