es la primera ves en mi vida que me compro un auto 0 KM , fuimos al dealer que esta en LI city ( no lo voy a nombrar porque ni eso se merecieron ) , y nos trataron francamente mal , esta bien que quieran venderte lo que tienen en el salon , es su trabajo y se comprende , pero de ahi a tratarte como un idiota y burlarse de ti ... en fin , pero esto viene al caso porque gracias a ellos y su desagradable trato , nos fuimos a otro lado ... y aun sin intenciones de comprar , llegamos a Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge , a molestar verdaderamente , a ver el auto una ves mas y mostrarselo a los parientes con los que andabamos de paseo ... y alli estaba , el color , el modelo y el nivel de equipamiento que yo habia visto en la pagina de jeep ( que por cierto , el otro dealer dijo que esos autos de la wed " son imaginarios y jamas existiran " como habra llegado a ser "manager" este muchacho Kenny solo Dios sabe ) . nos atendio Pete , con una pasiencia de monje Zen , no se , tal vez te ve venir y sabe que vas a comprar !! , porque nos sento a todos , nos pregunto que queriamos , el si se sento a armar el auto con nosotros en la pagina de Jeep ( si , donde el otro dijo que los autos no existen ) , armamos un modelo Renegade sport 4x4 con accesorios y algunos elementos extras , el auto estaba en un dealer sercano y en ves de tratar de vendernos lo que sea Pete dijo " lo traemos , no hay problema " ... en fin .. mas que bien .... y entonces le pregunte por el modelo Trail Hawk , que ellos tenian alli en el salon expuesto .... costaba un poco mas , es un auto diferente , muy off road en comparacion ... y le pregunte cual era el mejor precio que podia hacerme , lo penso un segundo y me dijo ... si me compras este te hago el mismo precio que el sport que armamos ... claro , es demo , es naranja ... No importa , es el carro que yo queria !!! . despues de los detalles y cotizar nuestro versa .... pensarlo un poco mas y mas ... nada , terminamos sentados con John , el responsable de financial ... no lo voy a hacer mas largo , pero consiguio un porcentaje de interes que no imaginabamos ni soñando , volvimos el domingo por unos detalles y porque el sabado no hubo mas tiempo , volvimos a llevar unos papeles de el nissan y esperando tener el auto entre semana .... y no , resulto que nos volvimos a casac en el Renegade !!! para mucha gente comprar algo es una tonteria , solo una lucha para que no te estafen o no te cobren carisimo por todo , nosotros estubimos dos semanas investigando que auto comprar y donde , llegamos a la defensiba , y fue todo muy bueno , nos trataron super bien , compramos el auto que queriamos , la verdad Bayside Chrysler jeep , Pete y Jhon , un gran trabajo !!! Recomendables , claro que si !!! , ellos se arman de pasiencia y ganas de trabajar Que en esta vida existe gente desconforme ? , que nadie es perfecto , claro que si , pero muchas de esas cosas tambien estan en uno .... ( Por cierto .... el salon de ventas estaba lleno , como un mercado en feriado !! , buen trato trae buenas ventas , la gente no es tonta , como creen en el otro dealer .... ese de LI City .. )

When it comes down to reviews and surveys, i am by far the most brutual reviewer. In general a lot of dealerships are full of it. Over email and phone, theyll make it sound pretty and ask you to come in. Once you are in, everyone at the dealership now has amnesia and they forget the phone conversation youve had. This review is a few months old. I bought a brand new 2015 Grand Cherokee Altitude from this dealership back in November 2015. Before i came across these folks via true car, i went to almost all dealership in the tri state trying to get the best possible deal, and Bayside Jeep was able to win me over and close a deal with me. For those going here for the first time and want the experience i had, ask for the following 3 folks: Sales rep: Yasen Petrov Manager: Rob Finance: Tom Dunn. Yasen is probably one of the most honest, laid back sales representative at bayside. Unlike other sales rep, he actually cares about his customers. Initially we spoke over the phone, talked over the vehicle, price range, etc.... he assured me ill get the best possible deal and that he will beat out all other dealer quotes; it wouldnt be a waste of my time. Truth is, thats what he did. I definitely gave him a hard time since i was a very picky consumer. I wanted a specific model and color. Yasen stated he will do his best to get it, he was true to his word. He got it from another dealership. From the moment i got there, till i drove out of there with the vehicle, Yasen made sure the process went smoothly. His customer service is impecable. Forget the sales lingo, he keeps it real, states it as in, no bs! If there were 3 adjectives to describe him, id say hes honest, sincere and genuine. Rob the manager has a good sense of humor unlike other mangers Ive come across, who acts as if they are doing me a favor by having me select their dealership. Rob is a people person, honest and tells you what he can do and cant. Either way, in the end he was able to sign off on the quote i agreed with. Tom Dunn is a character. In terms of transfering my current plates into this new vehicle, there was a misunderstanding on my part. I misunderstood what was being said, but Tom Dunn worked it out with his customers. He was able to toss in free rubber all season floor mats just so we were totally satisfied. Tom explained everything before we signed the bill of sale. Any concerns and questions were answered by him before the papers were all signed. The process wasnt rushed. Overall, id continue using this dealership for myself and would recommend everyone to give these folks a shot. If you want the same experience ive had, use the folks names listed above and you will not be disappointed. Looking at their reviews, no wonder they are rated at almost 5. Ps: i do not work for the dealership or have any ties with anyone. I could give 2 hoots about any dealership but these guys deserved a good review for their customer service.

Let me start off by saying this place is a TOTAL rip off DO NOT purchase anything from here . I recently got a Dodge Challenger 2016 which I fell in love with from when i saw it. Come to find out i was over prices thousands of dollars :)! GREAT RIGHT. As it was my frist car and i went alone i didnt know much about dealerships which was my mistake BUTTT i had a problem with my car recently it wouldnt turn on and i got stuck in the middle of the street! I called geico and managed to get the car down to the dealership to check it out. SCOTT ( beweare of this guy he is a total rip off and will scam you!!!!!) he works in the service area )) he told me to leave the car and they would check whats the problem if its a fuel problem it should be less than 300$ to drain the tank as i just left the gas station when that happen. Finally the next day comes i get a phone call from a service guy telling me its $1,200 to DRAIN A FREAKIN TANK as deisel got into the car im guessing the service people from the gas station put the wrong gas by mistake but Like are you forreal . I then head down to the dealer ship and run into SCOTT again. He tells me its over a grand because "bullshit bullshit bullsit " i called over 8 different shops they told me the job is UNDER. 300 bucks to drain the tank and get everything cleaned out . I got sooo upset and told scott what i had found out he stopd shut asking me okay so what do you want to do sooo rude i had to get a manager and the owner heard me and said drop the diagnose charges THE LEAST THEY CAN DO!!! So i said fine ill take my car back i wont fix it with you guys. Then he has the ARDASITY to tell me i have to pay a $200 diagnose fee since i dont want to fix it with themWHEN MY CAR WAS LEFT RIGHT WHERE THE TOW TRUCK LEFT IT THE NIGHT BEFORE IT WAS NEVER EVEN MOVED !!! Its insane how these people work i had to speak to a manager because even to diagnose a MERCEDES BENZ is only 50 bucks i know because my sister just had it done . Its crazy how these ppl are quick to sell you but EVEN if you buy your car here your basically nobody their no help SCOTT Is the worse person in this place as wel he rips you off tels you bullshit i feel so bad for some people that actually fall for this im glad i did my research before paying for this job my mistake was i should of read all these horrible reviews im seeing now before even coming here!! DO NOT BUY HERE !!!!!!
