I ordered a part for my KIA Rio from "Jeremy" in the parts dept. on Jan. 23. I discussed the part extensively with him, asking why that part cost twice as much as the same ones from another source. I asked him if, after giving him the last 8 numbers of my VIN number, the part would be received already painted to match my vehicle, and if that was the case, I would be happy to pay his price. He assured me that the color would match a new car. He indicated that he would send the part to the Alamogordo dealership where I could pick it up without driving to Las Cruces. On Jan. 30 I called the Alamogordo dealership parts department and asked about the part. They had no knowledge of the part, but called the Las Cruces parts dept. and were told that it had been received and sent to Alamogordo, by "Jeremy." After further inquiry, I was told that the part was "lost" but Jeremy would re-order it. Later that afternoon, I was called by "Jeremy" and he had found the part and would send it via UPS to my home, which he did. The next day I got the package in the PM. Upon opening it and comparing the old part to the new part I noticed some obvious differences. The new part was plastic, the old was metal. The color was grey and my car is blue. The part was not the same in appearance as it did not have the same scalloped look. Soooo, I visited the Alamogordo parts dept. and talked to Makayla. We both agreed that the part was not as expected and she followed up with a phone call to "Jeremy." What a surprise!!! first he denied our discussion about the paint matching the old car and after Makayla explained that the parts were not the same he called the manufacturer ( something he should have done the first time we talked) and blamed the problem on a catalogue error. He offered to take the part back for a restocking fee. Which I politely declined, feeling that the error was not mine. After some discussion Makayla talked "Jeremy" into re-ordering the correct part, without incurring any extra fees. Allegedly this part will be expedited to fix the problem. This was handled poorly by "Jeremy" and I would rate it as an unhappy experience.

Made a oil change service appointment with there service department for 10 a.m. When I arrive at 9:45 a.m. they tell me they cannot get to my auto for "at least 1 hour and a half". I told them my appointment was for 10 a.m. It didnt matter to them. Conclusion: They dont honor their service appointment agreements. Note: The guy in front of me was having the same problem. They were also telling him that even though he had an appointment his wait was still going to be at least 1 hour and a half before they could get to him. My answer to them was to not bother me again.

I went in to Jack Key Kia to trade in my 2002 nissan altima and buy a more economical vehicle. After talking to Raul he helped me locate and find just what i was looking for and i purchased a Kia Amanti. He provided me with the best customer service and information on my purchase and was and informative in explaining every option this vehicle had. In addition the finance manager Andrew provided me with the best service contracts to keep my car in tip top shape. I fully recommend anyone looking for a new/used vehicle to go to Jack Key N. Main and talk to Raul:-)

I recently bought a 2008 fx2 from Mike here at jack key motors. The best service I have ever gotten at any car dealership. I have been wanting a a truck for awhile, and have been talking to Mike, trying to get me in the truck that was perfect for me. He was very patient and finally he found the truck that suited me perfect. I went down and test drove and I knew right there and then that this truck was gonna be mine. We came to a great deal and now that truck is in my driveway. Thanks to Mike and jack key motors, Im the happiest I could be.

My husband and I were not sure what kind of car we wanted but our salesmen Daniel and Dave were VERY VERY helpful and patient! We have been looking for a car for a long time and were very picky in what we wanted in a car. Daniel and Dave were both very knowledgeable and professional, yet laid back during the whole process. Together they were able to show us what seemed like a million cars, until we were finally able to find our dream car. I would recommend going to see these guys for any of your car buying needs!

Great service last time. This time the communication has been pretty poor. I wasnt in a rush to have the service done, but there have been delays after delays and all it would have taken was a phone call to let me know what was going on. Things come up, problems happen, but be up front about them. If you tell me it will be done in a day, but 4 days later it still isnt done and I havent received a phone call to give me an idea of what was going on there is a problem.

Recently we purchased a Jeep at Jack Key in Las Cruces. I just wanted to say that although our overall experience was good, it was enhanced by the honesty and genuine caring we felt from our salesman, Raul Varela. He was very informative about the vehicles on the lot and in no way did we ever feel the typical car lot salesman pressure that a buyer tries to avoid at all cost. He was great, the car is great and I would encourage anyone looking for a Jeep to talk to Raul.

I wanted to test drive the jeeps before talking about financing but the sales representative was persistent about knowing income status first. I tried to explain that I just wanted to look around. The sales person was rude and was not listening to my needs. I ended up buying my Jeep in El Paso where the sales representative showed everything even the jeeps out of my price range. The sales representative took his time with me and showed me how the different jeeps work.
