I ordered a part for my client and was told this order would be processed in 2 to 5 days and allow another 3-5 days to ship. I did not receive a phone call, email, etc. showing the part was backordered or not available and all of a sudden over 3 weeks later I received an email stating my order had been cancelled. I called to see what happened and they said due to it not been processed they just cancelled the order but could not give me any details about where my product is. I would give less than 1 but they dont give me the option,. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO SUPPLY ME ANYTHING AND DO NOT RECOMMEND. THIS HAS PUT ME IN A BAD SITUATION WITH MY CLIENT AS I TOLD THEM IT WAS ORDERED AND WE SHOULD HAVE IT WITHIN A WEEK OR TWO AND NOW NOTHING AND THEY ARE WONDERING IF I EVER ORDERED THE PART. SHOWING THEM THE PAPER TRAIL BUT I DO NOT CONSIDER THIS A WAY TO DO BUSINESS. SHOULD CLOSE THEIR DOORS.

I tried ordering a hamster cage that I then decided I wanted to cancel my order. On the order form it specifically says that once the order is processed you may not cancel your order and that you would receive an email from the company when your order had been processed. I did not receive this email and found a larger cage for my soon to be new friend, and I tried cancelling my order. Theyre operations manager emailed me and told me it was processed and couldnt be cancelled. So I emailed back and said I never got the processing email. So she finally sent it to me at 2:27 my time and then emailed me again and said my order processed on May 31st. Horrible customer service. Will not be ordering from this company again.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The company has terrible customer service. I ordered a part that was wrong, called and was told I would receive a call back in 2 days when she heard back from the manufacturer. 3 days later I still didnt hear back so I called and she said she would call me back. I went online to fill out a return request and then I received an email where she told me the product was right per the manufacturer and I sent her a picture to show her it wasnt...a month later she still hasnt authorized my return. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I had previously reviewed after having received damaged filters. I was contacted by Emily Robinson from Midland and informed that she could find no record of my having called in. She immediately worked with me to resolve the problem and send out a replacement order. I usually dont chase after problems after the first call, companies normally lose mine and my friends business, as a response to problems. Emily was easy to work with, she is a real gem and Midland is lucky to have her. The filters are well made, work great and the price is right.

Horrific customer service, and they will steal your money. Avoid at all costs! I ordered a dozen or so plumbing fittings for a project I needed to finish quickly. Only two of them showed up on time. I called and emailed a few times to no avail, so I bought the fittings from Home Depot. Then, the complete order showed up a couple days later. Again, called and emailed several times before finally getting a shipping label to send it all back. Then they refused to refund the full amount! I cant believe how theyre still in business.

Such a terrible experience. What I received and what wax in the picture were not the same things and the description wasnt clear. They werent going to refund my money, then they decided they would. Except I would have to eat the original shipping and eat a 20% restocking fee plus pay to ship it back. Luckily, I paid with PayPal and was able to get my money back through them. Terrible, terrible place to work with! They still havent updated their website after me bringing up issues.

Trying to order some hinges. Called all 3 of their listed numbers only to have each ring ring ring. No pick up. No voicemail. Site says also to email them which would be possible if they listed an email. Judging from other reviewers this site is either going out of biz or is well on the way. Too bad as there seems to be a lack of hinge specialty sites online. Moving on.....

I ordered two glass candles which were packaged side by side in a small box and surrounded by packing material inside a larger box. Needless to say, they banged into each other during shipment, and one broke. I have been unable to contact the business either by phone or email. I do not recommend this business.

They took my order, charged my credit card and 10 days later ( when she Finally answered the phone) still couldnt tell me why it hadnt been shipped. I cancelled my order. Waste of time. STAY AWAY FROM MIDLAND HARDWARE !!!!!

Worst customer service ever!!!! Dont order anything from that store!!!! I ordered a heater that caught fire. They were unable to apologize or give a refund, or anything. Questioning the fact it was "indeed" defective.
