The Auto Departments management is terrible! I scheduled an appointment via online and verified the appointment the day before my appointment to ensure I didnt run into any problems. When I arrived, I was told that I was in the system as a reservation but not as appointment and could not get service. I explained and provided a copy of my email confirmation as well as the quoted amount. None of this made a difference and I was told I could make an appointment then to bring the car back. Not once did I receive an apology for the mix up, oversight, or anything. Basically, it was there is nothing I can do and we dont stay past hours to work on cars. Okay. So I asked to speak with the store manager and was told he was not in. Then, I asked for the assistant store manager and arrogantly he replied, "I am it and I dont take this stuff home". Forget that I rearranged my work schedule and life for this appointment. I thought this was very poor customer service being that I use to work in customer service. After asking how I could be compensated, I was told I could get a free oil change. Well, forget your free oil change and the next day appointment you gave me. Mr. Tire, here I come and thank you for the same day service and cheaper price.

While the upstairs was closed, they did have a wide selection of products on the main level. The staff were friendly and understanding of our kids (who were running around the couches as we looked at refrigerators). They also took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable before moving on.

Called twice to get product availability info. Was put on hold both times, waited 5+ minutes, got routed to someone else in a different department, they transferred me back and then I got disconnected. Dont need the aggravation.
