I bought 2 tropical, neon glo-fish for my daughter here and both were dead within 4 hours. Went back got 2 more and they again, were dead within 3 hours. Both times I went in neither of the girls knew a darn thing. They stuck their hands in the tank, gave me the wrong food, and had no clue what they were doing or talking about in the pet department. Employees are not properly trained and have no idea what they are doing. No one is ever available when you need help or call in. Shelves are rarely ever stocked properly. Lastly, the customer service is terrible. Theres rarely ever a nice person working.. respect is not given whatsoever. As I said, none of the employees have a clue what theyre doing or talking about. They have no knowledge of anything in the store. Worst Wal-Mart ever! I feel as though this Wal-Mart is worse than Harrisburgs. Poor, poor job!

i am pretty upset that you stopped stocking non-dairy food/groceries. many people, including my beautiful wife and our grandchildren, cannot handle dairy products. you used to have Hampton Creek products on your shelves, although it wasnt much to speak of, like two items..... and you used to stock a non-dairy cheese, GoVeggie!. we have been customers for decades, spending hundreds of dollars every single month at Elizabethville WalMart, specifically. it would be greatly appreciated if you would start to stock your shelves with these items on a more regular basis. surely you can sympathize with how picky women and children can be about their foods! help a guy out here!

You get what you pay for. When I need higher quality products,i go to higher quality stores. My review is based off one register being open (the lane that stocks the tobacco products) and the line extending halfway through the produce department. The employee running the lone register was doing the best she could, but "management" having been informed of the situation, refused to do anything to help the situation. To be fair though,if I was making their salary,i probably wouldnt really care about providing a quality shopping experience either. I had also taken pictures of the line I mentioned and sent them to Walmart corporate. They cared as much as local management.

Store Manager, Thomas has horrible customer service skills. None of the employees are properly trained. Rarely a friendly cashier. And, Manager, Denise has no idea whats going on. Ive called Corporate 3 times to finally get progress with my issues. This store is a JOKE. Their clearance items are just as much of a joke as the customer service skills. For instance, they have a 19.97 pack of diapers on "clearance" for 19.90....a .07 savings. The staff is extremely unhelpful.

Everything about the store is fine as far a product, layout, cleanliness, etc. But two other topics get under my skin. The lack of restocking. Half of everything I buy is always out and not restocked for days. More annoying than that is during a "rush hour " moment, why there are only 3-5 aisles open when there are 30 people checking out. Im pretty sure there are more people qualified to operate a register working there. And if not, why not hire more part timers.

Superstore joke! Shelves are never stocked properly. Tags for dairy products never have the item in that location that is to be there. Need a manager that knows how to run a store. Needs employees who know how to stock a shelf! Actually needs the stock to put on the shelf also! Was anticipating this store opening but now, Ill go to Shamokin or Selinsgrove. Lewisburg is a better bet but all three of these are a far site better than Elizabethville!!!

I so wish we had another closer Wal-Mart. Half the time they dont have what you need. Selections are small, and trying to get an employee when you need then its impossible. Ive waited an hour and a half for both fish, and fabric. Sometimes i just got tired off waiting after the 6th page. And dont even get me started on their pharmacy.

Like many others here, I have to call Wally World Elizabethville out. Chronically understaffed, long lines, one lane open with a dozen+ in line. Poor stocking, shelves regularly empty. Im not anti-WM, but if youre gonna be here, be here. If it means giving up 24-hour opening, fine. Just make sure you provide good service when youre open.

This Walmart looked pretty clean inside and out. Prices, of course, are competitive and I like the Savings Catcher in the Walmart mobile app that gives me money back for any items that are advertised for less at nearby competitors. Checkout was pretty quick and efficient too, and the lady behind the register was very friendly.

Love it or hate it... Its a Walmart that has "everything" you could use local, vs. driving to Selinsgrove or Harrisburg. If would be great if their management watched the lines as much as their customers do... Ive gone in when the place was dead with 5+ lanes open... and then been back when it was packed with 2 lanes open.

They are ALWAYS out of what I need. Or, they stop selling it altogether. There is always long lines, no matter when you go in there. They close the self check out at like 9:00. How does that make sense? Pay one person to manage 6 self check out registers or pay 6 cashiers to run 6 registers??? Its simple economics!!

Chelsie n other woman 515 pm 7/28 in photo dept greatly helped me with a SD card for my phone because of a problem I was having with a new card, for once I was happy but overall this Walmart never has enough register staff except 10 pm til 6 am, tired of long lines n 1-2 check outs open when long lines

Its Wal-Mart. Not much to say. Its cleaner than most and a much better clientele. The management seems to handle problems right away in a customer is always right style. Thats appreciated, because the customer usually has a better perspective than staff who generally want to protect their buddies.

this walmart sucks! selling outdated cheese, i had two big wigs pull off the outdated cheese, and three days later long and behold its right back on the shelf... considering when i bought the cheese it was 11/27/2011 and the cheese was dated 10/14/2011! gross!

Update 9/23 - there are only two check outs open and customers are 8 deep. I have been in line for 5 minutes. It is a Walmart and they are routinely understaffed. I am typing as I am waiting in one of two check outs that are open at this "superstore."

Look, its too big. Lots of people have flexible work, but by stifling local competition Wal-Mart has hurt the rural and semirural communities around it. By all means, cheap prices, but that comes at the cost of low low wages.

Great place to go when you need a little bit of everything. Always clean, too. 4 stars instead of 5 because they never have enough cash registers going so you tend to wait.

We love our Walmart! From groceries, pet supplies and the pharmacy, what more could we ask for! Well they also have inexpensive clothes, plus sizes, and shoes.

Rude associates. Poorly stocked shelves. 2 lines open. Self Checkouts usually broken. Store always messy. Never any carts. Just overall a terrible walmart.
