DO NOT spend your money here. Took my iPhone 7 here for a cracked screen last weekend. They said it would be an hour.. 2 HOURS later they let me know they were out of white screens and had to put a black one on..So I was going to have to come back for the correct screen. My husband and I both work during the week so it wasnt going to be until the following weekend that we could get back over there. Using my phone over the next week I realized that the screen was SUPER sensitive and any time I tried to talk on the phone my cheek resting against the phone would push buttons, like mute, speaker, face time, etc. we brought the phone back over there today.. was told it would be another hour.. an hour and 15 mins later they said they had put the white screen on but it didnt work so they would have to put the black one BACK on and wed have to come back again because they only had one white screen in the store. So after ANOTHER half hour of waiting.. not only do I still have the wrong screen but they ALSO did not fix the sensitivity of the screen so I still cant use my phone properly. I am going to have to go spend another hundred plus dollars elsewhere to have my phone fixed properly because I will NOT be going back ... and I recommend everyone else stay away as well ** in response to the owner response. Whoever owned Elite Techs prior to the clown who owns it now, their customer service was top-notch. The staff knew what they were doing, and I felt confident I could always have a repaired computer at the end of the day. Unfortunately though, this has changed with "Mike" who now owns this company. My wife and I bought a laptop charger that for whatever reason, stopped working. She is in graduate school and recently lost her paper she was working on because this charger failed to adequately charge her laptop. When I spoke with him, he was nothing less than utterly combative instead of helpful. I will quote what he said to my wife: "well eventually maam, everything you buy is going to stop working." He ultimately refused to replace the charger for her. The line he used is a weak, wobbly little excuse and disrespectful to the core towards his customers. This has resulted in us never recommending this business to anyone again in the future. I work for a company that is well-known for its customer service. People continue to do business with us because WE TAKE CARE OF OUR CUSTOMERS. Mike, your treatment of this situation was pathetic. I will make sure to share this on my Facebook page.

I do not recommend it. They have some serious problems with their vendors that cause extensive delays. I have been to this place twice to have my LCD replaced. The first time, the part got mailed to the wrong address. That took two weeks. I could overlook that because they were reasonably priced. This second time though, they told me it would take a week and it ended up being three. I was told that the vendor they ordered from gave them a tracking number but never actually sent the part. Then there was a hold up a the warehouse. The lack of communication was atrocious. I had to pry all of this information from the employees as they just kept telling me it would be a few days because they had the part Express shipped. When I finally got the tracking number for myself, it was not sent by express shipping. When I could see that the part finally arrived, I went into the store to pick up my computer and the part to go elsewhere. They could not initially find my part because it was mislabeled as another customers. Im not sure if they would have noticed that mistake if I had not have come in. Youre better off going somewhere else.

Terrible service brought my iPhone to get a new screen within a month the screen was falling off so I brought it back they said they would put a new one on so I get it back and had three new problems first the LCD looked as f they hit it with a tool in the top left corner it was more dim then the rest second the bottom right corner of the screen is lifted more than the rest so bad I cant even put a case on it. Third the iPhone was freezing and flashing and the screen was just going black. So Im told to come in and they will fix it in 45 min right then so I come in and they tell me it will take three hours and I ask when I should come back and I get told I dont know so I come in the next day get the phone back for the third time and the screen is still dim in the top left and the bottom right is still sticking up Im so done with this place dont ever go there. They will return your item with more problems then before.

I went in there to get my phone fixed and they said I just needed a new battery. I paid for it and brought my phone back the next morning to get fixed. Of course out of nowhere the part wont be there for a few days..I went back again, dropped it off and came back to pick it up when they told me to. When I walked in they didnt even know they had the phone. I waited there to get it fixed. Finally they said it was fixed but I have to charge it over night. Of course the next morning it still doesnt work. I go back now for my 6th time now and now they want more money to fix a "different problem" since they misdiagnosed the first one. I finally told them I want my money back that they promised to give me back if it didnt work. My phone at least turned on before I took it there and now it wont even turn on. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY CON YOU!!!!!!!!!

The staff was very helpful in answering my questions. My iPhone 6s bit the dust when I walked it into the ocean on vacation, I couldnt shut it off therefore it died. I had AppleCar + so I just needed the data and not the phone repaired even though they could have repaired it all. Hope seemed bleak and after 10 days in their possession I went and did and in-person visit and Nick helped explain everything they did and it appeared that he had one more attempt up his sleeve and Im beyond grateful because what he did worked and they were able to transfer all the data to the new phone. Nick did a phenomenal job at getting what I needed. Elite Techs is on my list of goto places for having my electronic needs repaired and they should be on your list as well! 5 stars!!!! Lord bless!!!

Went with the company for the first time after my iPhone screen crack and wish I never did! Not only do they use cheap products to repair your device but also have horrible customer service especially when it comes to their "Lifetime Warranty" Since I let them change my screen Ive had several issues from problems with my screen popping out, touch issues such as 3D Touch and other technical problems! I spent the 2 months going back every other day! One time a screw was left under my screen and I had to wait for the to get more of their no good screens in for it to be fix! Now once again my screen is cracked in less than 3days after it being fix and not once have I dropped it
