I almost didnt go here because of some of these the reviews. I guess its like everything else in this world you have to just see for yourself these reviews are outrageous and such lies let me tell you why these ladies are so nice!!! How many women do you know theyre going to donate their time and volunteer to a thrift shop and not get $0.01 its not easy to do that job they do it for free theyre not rude thats a lie theyre the sweetest they were all really nice ladies every single one of them and very helpful I cant believe these reviews are just outrageous people are lying cuz they dont want you to go there and see the good stuff they sell because they want to be hoarders and keep it all to themselves Im so serious you dont even understand how nice these people were to me !! THEY ALSO HAVE GREAT PRICES AND AGAIN THE LADIES ARE SO SO SWEET AND I SAY LADIES NOT WOMEN THERE IS A DIFFERENCE! SO DONT BELIEVE THE LIES IM SHOCKED TO SAY THE LEAST READING SOME OF THESE REVIEWS GO SEE FOR YOURSELF!

Im shocked to read the customer service reviews. I dont interact with the volunteers very much, but when I do theyre always generally polite. Some are nicer than others, but Ive never really noticed rudeness. The selection at this thrift store is fantastic. The space is small and a bit dusty (I sneeze every Saturday morning while Im there), but they change out the inventory weekly it seems, and theres almost always a few dozen designer goods in great condition (e.g. Armani, Bailey 44, Nanette Lepore, etc.). The prices can be a little high, but they have weekly deals (50% off different sections), which make them more comparable to Goodwill prices. You can subscribe to their emails to get the deal alerts. About 1/3 of my closet is from this store and folks always ask where Ive purchased the pieces that come from Attic Treasures

Yes, the volunteers are haughty. One was talking mean to a hispanic mother who was a dollar short on a stack of childrens clothing, and I opened up my own wallet (as any thinking person would do) to end the meanness fest. Yesterday, I was there and heard volunteers complaining about things being left out of place by shoppers. I have had persons ringing me up comment that they hadnt seen what I was purchasing before I brought it to the register, and it was their size. :) So what if these older ladies are not customer service oriented? They are away from the telephones where they no doubt, when engaged, complain to their children and friends. The selection here is better than anywhere I have found in Atlanta. Nice art from the mart and antique porcelain.

Rude employees! My wife and I love scouring the thrift stores in Chamblee and had yet to visit this one. When we entered, we were accosted by an arrogant, rude employee/volunteer who admonished us for not giving undivided attention to her when she recited the special prices on clothing. She then made another snide and rude remark which I cannot repeat here. I called her out for her rudeness, and she proceeded to slam the plexiglass sign with the special prices in my face, whilst rolling her eyes in disgust. Never again- take your dollars elsewhere. I cannot imagine how clients of this charity are treated, given the attitudes observed here.

Excellent thrift shop! This place has name brands galore. They sell gently used men, womens and childrens clothing and household items. Upscale consignment shops donate unsold items here and the treasures abound! I go weekly. New merchandise is brought out daily, but especially on Tuesday mornings! And you can help others shopping here. It is owned and operated by Assistance League and all funds raised stay in the Atlanta community!

These volunteers raised a million dollars to get the bldg they are now in.One of my favs in the whole city .Not just a thrift shop but I enjoy the atmosphere of being there.

I go to Attic Treasures almost every week and they have a great selection of clothing and housewares at extremely reasonable prices. They do 50% sales on different items about 2 times each month. The volunteers are always helpful and friendly. I have NEVER seen or heard any of them act rudely, and I have been coming here for at least 5 years. I highly recommend this store.

I will never go to Attic Treasures again. I used to shop here all the time, but now find the clothes to be very overpriced while not being in the decent condition. The volunteers are RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Every occassion I had gone, I witnessed the volunteers demeaning the mexican customers and their children. Take your dollars elsewhere, as I have done.

There is consistently a great selection of books and clothing here. Its curated like a boutique but at thrift store prices. It is operated by volunteers who are pleasant and appreciative. Highly recommend a visit here.
