(My rating here is based on the fact that this is a huge 25,000 square foot store (the biggest by far for 100s of miles), but they have a pitiful selection, which doesnt seem to change much. Ive been coming here for years and it was truly a "super store" before the new manager took over about 6 months ago. So my rating is based on what they are now, compared to what they use to be. Hopefully, it will become "super" again.) 8/18/17 update: Their lamp selection has not changed since my last update-it is still pitiful with the same 15 lamps they had then. They do put 1-2 new ones out once in awhile-but they are of very poor quality. Not sure if the staff is on vacation, but the shelves are pretty bare and few new things being put out. They have also reduced their paintings/pictures selection down to about 15 (which is a ridiculous amount for a store of this size and compared to what they use to put out). Thought they had improved the shopping cart situation, but was there the other day and with the store empty, there were only about 5 carts available. 5/30/2017 Update: After reducing the number of carts to about 25 (for a store that can get 100s of shoppers at a time), and refusing to get enough carts for all the shoppers, the new manager has pulled another winner. His solution: Put metal poles on the carts so they cant be taken out of the store. So now, if you can find a cart when you come in, you cant take what you buy to your car. And if you want some free entertainment, hangout on the sofa by the door and watch as shopper after shopper is stopped dead and startled when they try to take the cart out and it slams into the metal door jam. 12/2016: Everything Went way down hill with new (month old) manager. Been shopping there regularly for years and Ive never seen it this bad. Manager removed most of shopping carts so even on a slow day you cant get a cart. Dont put out lamps or art anymore. Putting out lots of junk at ridiculous prices. The good news is that if this keeps up, he will not be manager for long after headquarters sees the big drop in sales. 3/1/17 update: Still no new carts and people are having to resort to taking carts from Gordons next door so they can properly shop. Theyve also stopped putting out new lamps. 5/19/2017 update: This new manager is running the store into the ground. Little new stuff coming out and shelves look bare-and what does come out is way over priced. I heard he fired their pricer because they wanted a day off for a funeral.

After a failed attempt today to go to the Rapids with my daughter which was closed due to tropical storm Emily, we were left puttering around Palm Beach. I happened to pass this Goodwill and on a whim decided to stop and treasure hunt. I love Goodwill. Both shopping there and donating to them. Goodwill supports the community by providing jobs for people with disabilities. Seldom do I purchase something but the fun is in the browsing and if you find something you want the price is right. Its like rummaging around your Grandmas attic. I was pleasantly surprised by this Goodwill. First off it is huge. There is a large selection of clothes, furniture, bric-a-brac, shoes, handbags, accessories, wall art, toys, books, and electronics. The other surprise was how neat and organized everything was. This was probably the best organized Goodwill that I have ever been in. Who ever does the displays has a real artistic flair. Glassware was separated by color making for a lovely display. This location was a lot nicer than the one near my home. If I lived in the area I would be a regular visitor.

I hate they get so many people donating to them and they make millions and treat there staff horrible . They pay them nothing to work there Butt off . The people that work for goodwell dont have it easy at all . These are people that work hard and deserve more pay from this company . I will never donate to goodwill again . I will say they have great benifits but they half to pay for them also and with the little pay they dont have much left over . Oh and Goodwill how about you get your bathrooms cleaned by an outside company and get your ac checked in that store by a real ac contractor . The ac does not work in this store the way it should . And I would not go into your bathrooms ever again . So dirty please clean tour stores up and take better care of the employees remember they work for nothing . No I have never worked for Goodwill .

I suppose I went on a busy Saturday to find something for a friend who asked me to go here. I found no way this place a hodge podge of to put it politely "stuff" thrown on to shelves. I suppose theres so much donated and rifled through its impossible to keep it in order. The staff was rude and slow . When asked if I get a tax deductible slip for donations , I was just to,d to throw bags out of the car in the back of the facility . I did not get an answer to this. There are many worthy charities that would need my donations but this didnt seem like one of them. Thats too bad because so many people are in need of what they came here to find.

You can get a lot of Bargains here, they sell clothing at $2 per pound. Is actually really fun to go and watch because many of the Shoppers there are from foreign countries and send clothing home to their families. So when new items arrive and are pushed out onto the sales floor in huge rolling bins there is a run and swarming around the bins looking for Choice items

Buen lugar depende de lo que busques. Puedes encontrar cosas a buen precio pero a la ves podrias encontrar algo nuevo por el mismo precio en otra tienda

I tried to purchase a item and I was less than $5 short. they would not help me out told me that was the best price. Funny was the guy hadnt even priced it yet So he had the power to help someone and chose not to. They suck ass goodwill is a major rip off they get everything for free and wont work with nobody

Little expensive considering its a donation store... Went to one in Waukesha WI that priced stuff to move out the door.... Other in the same area were like this one ask way to much for stuff that was headed for the trash dump....

This store moved a year or so ago, out of the Winn Dixie shopping center to a free standing strip mall. Youll still find the usual shoppers, but its clean, easily arranged and logically laid out.
