just had a baby 2 days ago. Mother of four trying to transition with new baby. I have a sign on my door that says "do not not or ring door bell. If a package leave by door." The delivery guy calls my husband, I suppose his number was given to him by the family member who gifted us a basket and my husband relayed the same message. The delivery guy disregarded my husbands orders as well as the sign an BANGED on my door. This than made my doberman go crazy which woke up 2 napping children. What makes this even worse is there was a balloon attached that said "baby" enough of a clue saying to the delivery man that theres a newborn in this house. So thank you so much for being the most disrespectful delivery business ever. Thank you for waking up two napping children I worked so hard to put down. Thank you for the scream fits they both had because they were woken up before they were finished napping. Thank you for unnecessarily making my day harder while I am trying to heal from giving birth. Thank you for ignoring MY SIGN which I will gladly provide a picture.

We ordered from this shop on line for Mothers Day a week prior to Mothers Day and received 2 email confirmations. We set our delivery for the Friday before to make sure that my mother-in-law would receive her gift in a timely manner. When my husband and I did not get a confirmation of delivery by 4:30 on the 6th (also my birthday) I tracked the delivery through the confirmation email and was shocked to see that it said our order was refunded! After being on hold for 18+ min I was told the order was canceled on the 3rd due to too many deliveries in the area! I never received any notification, was told "sorry there is nothing we can do" and the manager was "unavailable and can call you back!" Really 2 days befor Mothers Day! Very bad customer service!!!!!!!

I ordered my bestie an arrangement for valentines day. I know its a busy day and i ordered it with only a little notice but i would expect they would just tell me up front they couldnt do it so i could make other arrangements. Instead it never showed up. I called on Wednesday to see what happened and they girl told me shed call me back before 5. She didnt call back until Thursday afternoon instead. The manager told me the order was never processed and therefore never made and did i still want it or did i want my money back? I guess i wouldnt be so irritated if I didnt spend so much money... I wish they had just been a little more realistic with their promises. I got a refund and intend to take my business elsewhere next valentines day.

Great product !!! Makes a fabulous gift.I wanted to give something to my wife that was Unique. It had to be healthy as well as tasty. I had seen their arrangements at a friends party and so ordered this the day before. I must say the staff at this store was fabulous. They helped me select an arrangement and place the order. When I asked if the price included a tip for the driver, They indicated that it was not, and so I just went ahead and added a tip myself. Next day, we got the arrangement and all my wife could say was WOW!!! The delivery driver was very nice and courteous. He asked if we had any questions and when we indicated that we did not, he thanked us for the order and left. Great customer service. I will be ordering again.

They delivered the wrong package to my mother on mothers day. The person who got the right package then called my mothers house (she has an unlisted number so should not have even had the number). The delivery man said he would be right back once he left and got the right delivery. He never came back. I called and was told now all their delivery drivers were out. I said they should bring the right order/card back to the house (theres still time.. mom doesnt know this is happening yet). The store manager rudely hung up on me and said "enjoy the box".. enjoy the box which is a mixed up order with someone elses card...yeah Ill just give that to me mom. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not order from these people.

Just received a box of chocolate dipped fruit ordered from my daughter in Louisiana for my birthday. I was disappointed. When I looked at the inside of the banana dipped in chocolate it was black. After cutting open each of the pieces of banana, they were all black. Whoever prepared the pieces, must have seen the same thing and didnt care enough to select another banana. Threw all the banana pieces in the garbage disposal. Some of the strawberries were also over ripened and then covered up in chocolate. Was so looking forward to receiving these. I was very disappointed. I will encourage my daughter and son in law to not use edible arrangements next time.

Im so impressed. Not just by the beautiful fruit arrangement my Mom received, but from their customer service. My mom leads a busy life, which is even busier on her birthday. The store called her a couple of days before her delivery to ask if the delivery window would work for her. When it didnt, they offered her so many alternate options that it showed both of us how much they cared about delivering her gift when it was most convenient for her. Theyve got me as a lifelong customer. Thank you!

Had to come to Sarasota for a family funeral. I had ordered a beautiful edible arrangements bouquet for my family. When I had gone in to the Sarasota store to pick up my gift I was very impressed with their creation. I did not know that each and every arrangement is custom made by hand with great pride and when they gave me their chocolate covered strawberries to taste, I was sold!!!. I will always go back to this store for my gifts in that slice of paradise.

Had gone to ed smith stadium in Sarasota .a friend of mine had told me about ediblearrangements nearby.so we went there. We were greeted by as cheerful young lady who welcomed us to her store and offered us a sample chocolate dipped apples.we loved them so much that I ordered a box to go. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family
