This auction is horrible. Jeff Catherine Toni and everyone in there including the sherriff J.B. Box Dont attend this auction. Video was captcher and showed their scam: I bidded, the computer screen starting bid was 300 and when I raised my hand he went to 3600 and another guy bidded and when I raised my hand not knowing that he wasnt saying whats on the screen I stopped bidding and he kept going up and then the next person bidded then I didnt bid and Jeff the auctioneer sold it to me without me not even bidding. Other people around me were mad telling me that he cheated me to go inside and do a complaint because he wasnt saying what was on the screen. Their a bunch of scammers Jeff told me oh if you didnt see that you bid go into the office and go watch the video yourself, I went inside the video lady watched the video she clearly seen I didnt bid after I noticed it went from 300-4000 and she was like oh I have to call me manager that manager came in he was disrespectful (tony) he was saying the car is mine that it was sold to me that if I dont take it or do take it that its still mine that I have to pay for it no matter what, he heard the video and the auctioneer (Jeff)when he sold it to me without me raising my hand or even looking at him I asked for a different manager they brought a Catherine in, she knew they were wrong and still told me that she would drop the price to 4400 like you people see I didnt bid. Even though the tape showed that I didnt bid they wanted to tell me that They dont care about the tape that its what they say, the sherriff also didnt care that they were all doing fraud. In my eyes how I see it as they are committing fraud and playing with peoples hard working money and since they all work together they all have each others back, because think about it what does it matter what I or any of them said the Video had all the evidence it was captured on tape.I didnt want the car there are 6 lanes open all guys are talking everyone goes by the computer screen you cant hear jack in there, the screen said starting bid 300 when I raised my hand he raised it to 3600 on the screen it went from 3600 he sold it to me for 4500 a piece of crap of car that Windows didnt work and no ac check engine light on I told her Im not taking the car Im not paying for it. Catherine and Toni went into another room and whispering to each other took me out the room brought like 4 more managers in and they were all disrespectful not going by what was really captured on tape like hard proof evidence. then at last there was a disrespectful lady that also worked at manheim that threw me out because they knew they were at fault and at that restricted me to come back to that auction being rude and disrespectful kicked me out because they knew that it wasnt what I said or they said they knew the video captured what really happen. Thats how much they knew they were at fault that they watched the video more than 50xs no lie... 4 managers the video worker and 4 other associates at their desks came into the office to watch the video they didnt care what was on the video they wanted to sell the car to me no matter what. This would not be the last they see of me they are all racist disrespectful lying scammers.. They really wanted me to buy the car knowing that Jeff the auctioneer was clearly wrong video proofed it all, so they kicked me out when their employee auctioneer Jeff was wrong. So they wanted me to believe and get in my head that it didnt mattered what the video showed that they were right and I was wrong you will think in a big business like Mannheim Managers and associateswould have more respect and treat customers like human beings that work as hard as they do to earn our money. And I also seen it happened to someone else I was hoping that it would never happen to me. I suggest if you are new in this business to be very careful and watch how you proceed here any nod blinking and movement is considered a bid not even a head scratch. Youll be paying 10000.00 dollars for 800.00 dollar car.

ARBITRATION MANAGER IS HORRIBLE AND UNWILLING TO HELP. BOUGHT VAN MISREPRESENTED IN SIMULCAST AND HE WAS NOT WILLING TO HELP ME AT ALL ON IT. NO PHOTOS THAT SHOWED MISSING SEATS AND LISTED AS A 12 PAX, WAS ONLY 8 PAX WHEN ARRIVED HERE. HE SAID MY RESPONSIBILITY (REALLY-ONLINE), 2 STARS GIVEN BECAUSE THE HIS BOSS FABIAN ORTIZ DID HELP ME SOME. I THINK SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT BACK, BUT HE DID LISTEN. I WOULD NOT BUY SIMULCAST THERE IF I WERE YOU! BEWARE VERY RUDE ARB DEPT..ALSO TOOK $ DAYS TO CONTACT ME AND 2 EMAILS, 2 PHONE CALLS! BAD!! MANHEIM IS SO BIG, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT A DEALER THAT BUYS 50 PLUS CARS ONLINE A YEAR OBVIOUSLY. SAD WORLD. ONE DAY THEY WILL BE CUT OUT OF A JOB ANYWAY, ITS COMING, BRICK AND MORTAR IS GOING AWAY!

Lost my car for a week. During said week, a tow warning was put on the vehicle along with profane graffiti stating that theyd urinated on my seat. This was written on the vehicle glass with the same instrument as the identifying numbers so it was not a random passer-by, rather very likely an employee (this hasnt been proven but police reports are being made and legal action is being sought).

The worst customer service you could ever get, at least over the phone, this ladies dont ever know an answer to anything and just keep transferring you to what ALWAYS is gonna be a voice mail. It always takes me forever to try to solve a problem like a simple affidavit, they should be more organized in this matter. Its so frustrating and disappointing every single time i call

Wow. This place is so amazing, they have any vehicle you can think of. They have over 300 acres of just vehicles. But you have to have a Registered salesman (Broker), to sign you in. The Broker I used buys cars that people order and he ships them anywhere. They just tell him what they want and he finds it. He got me 2016 GMC truck at a very , very good price.

It’s my first time to buy a vehicle from Manheim Auto Auction last week. Bidding process was over quick. I’ve known about them for a long time. I don’t remember how I learned about them but I knew about them and the one at Repokar auto auction, too. I chose them because I could pay cash and it was cheap. Overall, it was a good customer service experience.

OK, this place is hectic and not for the uninitiated. Do yourself a favor and if you try get into the whole car sale thing, get a mentor or a partner that knows what they are doing. Ive many persons loose their shirts and more because think they "know" about car buying and selling. Folks this is a hard business. You have been warned!

The staff at Central Florida is BY FAR the most unprofessional, shadiest of any auction Ive ever done business with. If you choose to buy anything here, know that you do so at your own risk.
