I left Sprint with my brother to come to Verizon because I heard that the 4G was better. After purchasing our new phones from Verizon, we went home and noticed drop calls(area code 33143). We both work from home so this was an issue. We decided to give it a chance and after one week we decided that there was way too many dropped calls. So we decided to take the phones back and get our deposit back and go back to Sprint. Well the salesperson I dealt with there originally said, why dont you try another phone, it may get better reception. So I purchased an iPhone 5 and tried it for just one day and got the same dropped call issues. So I went back to them the next day and demanded my money back and refused there service. I spent a half hour watching the manger try to use the computer to issue me my money back and cancel our accounts. Verizon sent me a check 3 weeks later for the deposit for the iPhone only. Where was our initial account $250.00 deposit!?! I had to go back to the store and argue this. Then on top of it all they sent us a bill for the month of $135.00 dollars. What? Are you kidding me? We didnt even have there phones for 2 weeks with dropped calls and are leaving them because of it and now they are billing us!?! 2 months and 1 week later our check is supposedly in the the mail after calling Verizon headquarters and complaining but it has not still arrived. Once again we called there headquarters and they said the check is in the mail. When we asked to speak to there treasury department, they said they dont have a number for that. Still waiting!... WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!!

I would give them worse than a negative rating if it was at all possible! They have at least 2 completely, totally, and utterly incompetent, dumb, senseless, and a plethra of other adjectives employees pretending to actually work there and I am very sure there are many more. Now granted I was already angry and a bit loud when I entered. However to make a long story short, the incompetent fool of a "wanna-be" agent I had the unfortunate luck of getting stuck with, after I said to him something more or less to the effect of now see if u can fix my phone, took it and started looking at it to see what he could do so I stepped away for absolutely no more than 5 minutes to look at the phones and when I returned to the counter he had already did a factory restore on my phone completely wiping it and causing me to permanently and I do mean permanently loose a significant amount of my information on my phone which were notes I had taken in a 3rd party app that had not been backed up, which he did not only without my permission but worse without even so much as letting me know anything at all, I had absolutly no knowledge he was going to do anything of the sort. This unfortunately is not the first time this store has caused me to permanentely loose a ton of my important information, only this time they uped the anti and did not feel they had to let me know what they were doing. The other sad and discraseful part is that most everyone including the store manager is standing by and behind this employee and what he did!

I was here less than a month ago to pick up the new Galaxy S7 Edge and was switching over from AT&T because they offer much better service and better 4G LTE speeds as well as more data for your money. I gotta say I walked into the store and was out within 45 minutes with new phone in hand and a credit towards paying off my previous device from AT&T. The customer service was fast, great, and very useful. They covered everything from what my protection plan covered to even helping me decide what data plan was best for my use. Absolutely in love with there service, customer service, and things like call quality and data speeds.

The service was Great and the Employees were very attentive especially the one who helped us Mr. Ali Rodriguez he was patient and understanding with me and I like that he wasnt trying to rush me off to run to another customer he stayed and handled my phone situation from beginning to end with no attitude, frustration, or sour customer service! Customer Service was a joke... i doubt the staff or management can even spell the two words let alone know their definitions. This is hands down the worst Verizon store Ive ever been in and Ive been a customer over a decade. Rude, pretentious, unhelpful, snotty, and lazy is putting it mildly... hopefully someone will either fire them or seriously put the staff in their place at this location.

Ive seen the sales people talking nonsense just to sell to customers that have no clue. Thats called betraying trust. A customer came in and asked if the cable for an iPhone 6 can be used on an iPhone 6S. The sales person gave them a whole explanation not necessarily saying yes and then selling him an overpriced charger. This is just one example of the many.

Used Car Salesmen style sleeze. High turnover so you never get to talk to the same person twice. They promise to call you and check up but they never do. They flat out tell lies about what they can do to help you. You go online later and nothing was changed or helped whatsoever. Do not trust any of these liars

Great service! I had arrived at 8:30 and the entire crew stayed until 9:45, even though the store closed at 9 and no one ever complained. They were all friendly, kind, and attentive. Even though other locations are closer to my home, I go to this store because of the customer service.

I received the best customer service. Rachel, Sixto and Leo are fantastic. I understand that cellular options are vast but Verizon is the best and yes you will pay a premium for the great service.
