Horrible, they lied literally about EVERYTHING. In December I wanted to help my mom by getting her an iPhone and paying for the line. Sprint was advertising "Get 5 lines for $100.00 a month." I decided to switch my wifes line and mine and have two more lines I could give to my brothers, all for less than I was paying for only two lines. I was quoted out the door $170 for all 5 lines and 5 free phones! Great deal, but hard to believe. Reading the agreement, I see that its not what he quoted me at all, but actually $370.55. Antwan, the sales associate, says, "The $370 in the agreement does not reflect the promotion yet. Youll see it in your next billing cycle with the billing adjustments." A little skeptical I agree because it says IN THE AGREEMENT that "the bill may not show discounts or other offers in 1-3 billing cycles. Itll be the 170 with tax. So normally the 5 lines would be 370 but the promotional rate takes time to process." Guess what people? Yes, of course these crooks charged me and guess what the "promotional rate" is... 370.55... even AFTER I called Sprint corporate AGAIN the following day just to verify that I WOULDNT be charged $370.55. Now its too late to cancel. Theyll say anything to make you keep it a month so you cannot cancel. After I call them to get the bill reversed and after some more BS, finally they say, "Im sorry. We cant refund you. Well credit your account to make your bill 208.99." Um, thats great, but I was told itd be $170, which is WHY I did the deal!!!! EDIT: To top it all off, Sprint is now refusing that they promised to pay the contract buyout I had with Verizon of $411. So I basically paid 411 for an iPhone 6+ AND 370 for worse service (dropped calls and data speed is horrendous). This company is going bankrupt for obvious reasons to me...

I recently upgraded my perfect condition iPhone5s with them, the only reason I did this was because they offered me a $5 a month lease on an iPhone 6. I was assured that the credit would be applied to my account every month because they had a promotion for loyal customers. A month passes, I get my bill....with a $25 charge for my new iPhone 6. I immediately went to the store to speak with someone. An associate simply said "Sorry .... we just found out how the promotion really works ... It shows up after two billing cycles." Not acceptable. I was assured that Brad (manager) would give me a call back. Two weeks later, no call. Ive decided to call corporate, where they tell me I have the wrong plan for the promotion and the associate should have never offered the promotion to me. They have launched a case to investigate the matter with the store. DO not do business with this location!

Avoid this place at all costs! If you plan to buy a Sprint Phone/ Plan purchase it directly with Sprint online. Although they sell Sprint products they are actually a third party firm know as Arch Telecom. Long story short, I was charged an activation fee for an order I cancelled and have not been refunded. Its been near over two months now. Unfortunately, Sprint cant help with the matter as the purchase was made with Arch Telecom and not Sprint. If you try to get a hold of the manager, Chad...GOODLUCK! Somehow hes always never there or never available. Im currently work with Arch Telecom corporate to have them address this issue and the joke of a manager the works there!

I am a 7 year sprint customer and i have to say they have the worst customer service at this location! I went today for the new iPhone 7.all the reps were all standing outside of the store talking and goofing off. I explained i was looking for the new iPhone and they basically joked about how i would have no luck especially trying to buy one at 10am on the launch day. It was a very unpleasant experience. needless to say i was able to drive across town and get that very same iPhone at 11am. Thanks for nothing! Still switching to another carrier because this is a consistent pattern with this company.

Possibly the worst cell phone purchasing experience I have ever had. Purchased a galaxy 7s edge two months ago out right for 800.00, The salemen which was very MISLEADING never offered me insurance. Offered me a "free" otterbox then charged me for it!!!! also on top of that he never gave me a receipt. Ive had nothing but issues with this phone and at this point this phone has cost me over a grand. I have been a loyal sprint customer for over Ten years and will never recommend sprint to other individuals. I highly recommend avoiding this store located in the brandon mall next to the food court.

We seen Jessica at sprint store in Brandon Mall today. She was amazing, very informative, and made sure we had everything we needed before we walked out of the store. She got us two lines for our children and made sure we were not over charged. Jessica personally called me to make sure didnt have any questions or if there was anything she could provide before we even got there. She was very friendly. I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone. Eric the store manager was extreamly helpful and was all about helping the customers. We had a great experience with them. Rebecca Ballard

Oh my gosh. Theyre like vultures that holler at you when youre walking by minding your own business. Its not okay. Leave me the eff alone. If I want to do business with you, I will seek you out! Im a professional salesperson and THIS IS NOT SALES. One of them had the nerve to get into an argument with me when I told him Im not interested. District managers, please have your sales professionals do just that. Act professional. I will never take my 13 lines of service to sprint for that reason. (Also because your network is BS. The worst.)

Avoid this place like the plague. They did not answer or return my calls, would not tell me when my phone came in, and they stole my old phone (I-phone 5). It took me over three months, over ten hours of visiting and talking to them on the phone and threatening to call the police before they gave me credit for my old phone. There is another sprint store in this mall. Just go there instead. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

James Jett scammed me, I had sprint for 4 days! Went back to my old network because of the employee here. Dont believe anything they tell you go to a different cooperate store or handle business online cause they LIE! On top of that he gave me "free" stuff that wasnt even free and had me sign stuff that ended up being a contract but didnt give me a copy or anything! He said it was a receipt but he didnt give me a receipt! BEWARE!

Sprint reps lie and scam you out of your money. They it takes months of hunting down a manager and complaining before they resolve the problem. The problem is they dont tell you about hidden fees even when you directly ask them. Then you are stuck with Sprint for 2 years unless you pay another fee. And customer service reps only excuse for this behavior is "well, all the cell phones companies do it".
