These people seem to have very little understanding of how to print from a print-ready pdf. At first, they wanted to make a separate file to give us to make a second generation copy (!). Why would anyone want to do that?! And then, they wanted to change my file and charge me $10 to do so, because they didnt know how to just print and then flip the paper and print again. Stunning ignorance. Stunning. They have even less knowledge of customer service. We tried to explain how easy it is to turn the paper over, but they said they couldnt do that. After our three explanations, they ignored me and started to talk over me to someone else across the store. Go somewhere else in town and youll get better service, greater knowledge.
Really bad experience here. The staff is dismissive, even when issues with the rental computers are something they should attend to, like broken ethernet cables. One assistant manager was extremely unwilling to help me find a way to print a document I needed to have done by today. Just while I was there, the printer jammed twice. It took a sustained argument to get me what I had paid for and even then, they tried to charge me seven dollars more, which I refused to pay. Had their equipment been working properly, I would have been in an out in half an hour. I was there for nearly two hours dealing with all this. Also, they do not have and refuse to get a bike rack, leading me to have to struggle with bringing my bike inside.
Thank you for the horrible customer service (I actually have thought about calling the corporate office & relating some of my experiences there as I cant imagine they would be thrilled to be a part of this organization and some of the employees!) I hate to leave such a horrible review but visit after visit it is clear that I am a bother to them when we have an acct. with FedEx & really I wish I could ship UPS all day just to avoid going to this location.) I will continue to tell everyone I know to NEVER go to this location at all costs. I do not look forward to my next visit :(
I LOVE this office and staff. They are so helpful, they teach about their services, how to establish an account for more access and independence, and they are more economical than other mailing services. With so many of the little post offices closing, ones that I used to love, it is good to know that I will have this FedEx to go to. I think they must be focusing on excellent Customer Service, because that is certainly how Francisco was performing when he helped me get all of my packaging and mailing done today.
Bought a few map images online. with the needed license to reproduce them. When i went tot he fedex print center. Was told they could not print them out. Produce the sales bill and the license. They stated they could still not print them out. Email the owner and artist. he wrote back a email stated I needed nothing more then the license I had to print them out. Still the Employees at this store refused to print the images claiming is would be a copyright enfrigement. Even with the license to reproduce them.

This is the WORST customer service I have ever received. I have been to this location 2 times and am not going back. Both times the employees seem to be bothered that they had to do any work, and when I asked them questions they treated me like a 5 year old. The management at this place is clearly not doing a good job of training their staff; save your time and your money (both which will be quickly consumed here), and go somewhere else with nicer people and better service.
Someone complained FedEx wouldnt ship to a PO Box. They didnt refuse. They cant. Only the United States Post Office can ship to United States Post Office PO boxes. Ive never been to this particular location, but I deal with this issues all the time. It seems to not let me post unless I have a rating, so Ill call it a 4 since the office didnt explain this sufficiently well for the patron to understand (however uninterested in understanding he might have been).

Awesome service! Mark and David were so much help and gave awesome customer service! I first went in to pick up my prints and David was so charming and kind. I went back a few hours later becuase I realized I missed a few mistakes and I needed to get a couple pages reprinted as well as my prints unbound and rebound again. Mark did it no questions asked with a friendly demenor the whole time! These guys were great and I will be using them again in the future.
Ive been in several times to print, fax, and do data transfers. Ive run into many different employees and have always been helped quickly and to my satisfaction. I dont usually write a lot of reviews, but I came on the web just to check the hours of operation and was surprised to find all the vitriol. As for me, I rely on this place to do the things I listed above, and while there Ive never seen a bad customer transaction.

Hands down the worst fed ex center Ive ever been to. Customer service is non-existent and when it actually is present, its useless. The staff there need to learn more about the printers, scanners, etc so they can actually answer first. Oh! The sun station post office is way way cheaper for shipping. So ditch them for shipping needs. Theyll rip you off and still wont know how to answer questions.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received anywhere. I came in at midnight and wandered around for over five minutes and finally had to go find someone and demand to be helped. Brenda, the assistant manager was very curt and rude. There was one young man who actually was helpful but the others there seemed totally indifferent and incompetent. I really dont know how theyre still in business.
Arrogant. Thats all I can say about the FedEx customer service at this location. As a former FedEx employee I guess I should not have expected excellence. After all, working as a FedEx delivery driver for 6 months and never seeing my full pay (averaged ($200 a week, was promised $600) should have been an indication of what was to be expected. I encourage people to not use FedEx EVER!!
I came to do some printing in the middle of the night and I was ill prepared. I had totally forgotten to download my photos off my phone before I got here. Thankfully David, the gentleman working tonight, saved the day and let me borrow a disk to download my photos onto. He was super helpful and very nice. Its nice to know that this place is great regardless of what time you come.
Not sure what these other guys had happen but my experience with them was one of patience and really trying to understand the goal. I watched one employee try to understand two heavily accented, minimally English speaking, and she kept plowing forward trying to reach their goal. I am going back today for another project due to such satisfying outcome on the previous project.
I went in to hear the status of my shipment once, and as I approached the counter, the attendant was not truly listening to my statements and then treated me without respect and left me without my question answered and a strong distaste towards their service. My overall summary with this experience is that I will never ship with this FedEx location ever again.
